Did what they said they were going to do , when they said they would do it., for the price they said they would do it for. I just had surgery on my shoulder so I couldn't climb a ladder so I hired them to clean the gutters. I will never clean them myself again. Thanks

These guys were fast, efficient, and finished the job quickly. They bagged up the leaves removed from the gutters, cleaned up everything, and were very friendly. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend them. I had originally contacted them to clean the gutters but also to take a look at some other issues we were experiencing - bowing of the gutters and replacing the screws in the hangers on the front of the house. Although they were not able to help me with the other issues, they were quick to let me know as well as recommend another company to contact. I really appreciated that. In terms of the gutter cleaning, they came earlier than expected (which was great) and also bagged the leaves that they removed from the gutters.

I liked the way all of the debris was conveniently gathered and bagged. Their actions and communication was courteous and professional. They observed some moss buildup one side of the roof and made a recommendation of how to quickly and easily remove that buildup. This was a good experience and I intend to call upon their services again.

Chet contacted me the same day i purchased the deal off of Angie's list. He let me know when to expect the service to be done. I wasn't home when the work was performed, but a receipt and information were left in my front door. Everything was cleaned up and looks great. I'd definitely use them again.

Monroe Gutter Cleaning LLC was prompt, professional and polite. They came in response to an Angie's List special and cleaned the gutters and snaked the downspouts to insure that they would run clear. It was a bit expensive, but then the work was done on a two-story house surrounded by leaf- and needle-shedding trees. They also installed seven downspout strainers and did a minor repair to an upper gutter. It was overall a very good job; it got rid of not only the loose leaves but also the caked residue of needles at the bottom of the gutters.

They came over and I think it was three guys and they did a fantastic job. They were in and out and they were everywhere up on the roof doing that. It was a good price. They came when I called them. We needed an appointment earlier and they were on time. They did a perfect job. They left it nice and clean and it was just great.

How'd it go? Well, I'm not sure, since I wasn't there when it was done. At least one of the gutters on the garage (visible from my second floor) is clean, and there were handfuls of dried oak flowers decorating the flower bed next to the south side of the house (not a problem...they're biodegradable). I scheduled the cleaning for Wednesday, so that I could be there to observe the process and make immediate payment. I got a call on Monday night notifying me that they would do the job on Tuesday "because they would be in the Greece area that day," and just leave a bill in the door. Essentially, this means that they didn't really care what was convenient for me, they were going to do the job when it was convenient for them. When I came back on Tuesday and saw that they'd been at my house, I called to find out whether they'd unscrewed the gutter guards and scraped many years worth of gudge out of them (which is why I called them in the first place). The woman who returned my call informed me that, "we don't remove gutter guards," which means that I paid money for them to brush a few handfuls of oak catkins off the surface of most of the gutters on my house (the garage gutters were open and, as noted, cleaned on at least the south side of the garage). Presumably, they tested to see whether the gutters collected water and discharged it properly............but I don't know, because I wasn't there. There are two issues here: First, I didn't appreciate being rescheduled for their convenience instead of mine. Second, I think the phrase "gutter cleaning" means cleaning the gutters, even if gutter guards have to be removed. They should warn prospective customers either that: 1. They don't remove gutter guards or, alternately, that, 2. There will be an extra charge for removal of gutter guards because they may have to be refitted and/or replaced after the job is done (which is why they said they don't remove gutter guards). To their credit, they did offer to reduce the price because I was unhappy...an offer I accepted.

I got the order # for the deal I paid for. When I communicated that order # to the representative at Monroe Gutter Cleaning Service he claimed he didn't know the Big Deal was running. He emailed me that if I got a refund from Angie's List then he would still provide the service for me for 100$ plus tax.

Showed up when they said they would, got the work done very quickly (and the gutters were full of crap, so it was a lot of work). Second time I've used this company, happy with them both times.

Once complete, the owner came to my door to give me details of what was done. Very professional and helpful.

They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. It was a concern for us because the gutters were filled to the top and had plants growing out of them. Very messy. The were quick and efficient. I would hire them again.

Easy, I got estimate and booked all via angie's list messaging. They came within a few business days. The guys were at the house for maybe 15 minutes. They cleaned the gutters and renailed some sagging gutters that had come undone this past winter. Quick and easy, would use them again.
