If you are concerned about having to be home for your scheduled gutter cleaning...not to worry. We will either leave the invoice at your door or mail it to you and you can mail a check to us at your convenience.We are also offering yearly service contracts for spring and fall cleanings. Angies list Contract customers are preferred customers and are a priority over call in Customers. We are fully insured and have been family owned and operated since 1973. We also offer a variety of other services relating to gutter cleaning and minor repair example..roof and valley clean off, tree trimming, downspout strainer installation, resetting of gutters,and minor repair.

Description of Work: Ready for a Change Painting - Webster NY - Painted Master Bedroom and Bathroom. Quoted a very fair price, was prompt and did a beautiful job. Everything was covered with drop clothes and left in a pristine condition. We are going to have additional work done in October. I would recommend Kathy Smith for all of your interior painting needs.

Description of Work: We had purchased the $119 gutter cleaning service advertised on Angie's List. After purchase, they quoted an additional $40 travel charge to my house. The deal did not specify that my town (Canandaigua) would incur an extra charge, simply that they cover parts of Ontario County. I get the impression that they really didn't want the work.

Monroe Gutter Cleaning LLC 6/3/2015 [Member name removed], Unfortunately canadaguia is 35-40 minutes each way from our shop and so there is a mileage up charge of $40.00. due to time of travel[ 2 men and truck]. Angies list take 35% of job and that doesn't leave much left for labor and travel. You can get a full refund from Angies list if you would like. Also the special only covers 125 ft of gutter. On 5/11/2011 we cleaned home and garage and the this customer complained about the price. She was happy with our work but but not the cost that she agreed to before the work was done. I pass her on to our another angies list gutter cleaner ,hopefully he could make her happy. Sometimes you just cant make people happy.

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters, unplugged the downsputs. They installed devices that would prevent the down spots from becomming plugged in the future for an additional cost. The cost was very reasonable less than $6 per down spout installed. I am very happy with their work and I would use them again, no question.

What else could we do? We did everything that we said we were going to do and you approved as stated below & we gave you a discount. Then 7 months later you write a bad review???? After we did the work like we had done in the past. Could it be that the other gutter cleaner doesn't have the insurances that we have and that is why he is cheaper..You seemed happy with our service all the previous years (2009,2010,2011,2012) we cleaned your gutters. Monroe Gutter Cleaning LLC 4/17/2014 Mrs Dooley, I have cleaned your gutters in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012. This is a very difficult house to do because of the size and access to the upper gutters. I know you purchased it from Angies list ,so I am willing to give you 10% off your previous cleaning price with us .The cost would be $200.00-10%...$20.00 =$180.00-99.00 Angies list. The final cost would be a additional charge with sales tax of $81.00+6.48=$87.48.I would leave our invoice for this much and you would pay us directly. Description of Work: It's hard to say, really. I hired them to clean the gutters so I wouldn't have to try to climb the ladder and crawl around on the roof doing it myself...and I'm not going to do that to check their work! That said, I haven't noticed any issues. They came and left very quickly, probably 15 minutes (so my neighbor says!). It's really nice that I didn't need to be home. I purchased a DEAL for this service, although I believe it roughly corresponds to regular price, so no really savings.
