Because of the snow and very cold weather, they did have trouble with their time schedule. I was informed as such. As soon as the weather cooperated, they called to let me know when to expect them. The gutters are cleaned. I did have chance to speak with one of the men ... very pleasant!

We bought the Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning. We were contacted within a day to schedule. There was a delay because of the weather, but we were told they would be out as soon as possible. It was only a few days before they called to say that they were on their way. We are impressed with the constant communication and updates we received, as well as the quality service. They cleaned our gutters in no time, and we are very pleased.

Chet was very professional and stayed on top of keeping me aware of when he would come do the job. Loaded with customers and hampered by unusually early cold weather and snow, he was still able to get the job done before winter set in in earnest. The crew got all the leaves out of the gutters and the many valleys of my roof, but there is a little slop over onto the exterior of the gutters. Considering his great attitude throughout the process, I'm assuming he will come back and take care of that too.

Entire experience with the company - from making an appointment, to phone call informing me of when they are coming, to note left at door with information on work done and other observations - was extremely pleasant. I took advantage of a "big deal" and had the gutters cleaned on my son't house as a present. Monroe Gutter contacted me quickly and let me know they would contact my son, They were there within the week and did a good job. The house looked much better after they were through. Although it was a set price for the big deal, they afterward sent me a bill for $48 because there were old gutter guards that had to be removed in order to do a thorough cleaning. When the snow and ice finally melted on Dec. 22 in Rochester, the two company workers came out and cleaned my gutters, filling 4 buckets. They were cheerful, efficient, thorough, neat and polite. I will definitely hire this company again, and I'll also hire them to power wash my siding in the spring, having seen their good, responsible work yesterday, on a Sunday, yet! The communication with this customer was reassuring when the job had to be postponed due to impossible weather: they called twice to let me know that they hadn't forgotten me. Marj

Cleaned my gutters and placed loose piece

I saw the special for cleaning gutters for $89 in Angie's List. Monroe scheduled me for a week in November 2013. They called and said they'd be there on the morning of 11 Nov. Three gentlemen showed and went right to work. All materials were properly disposed of and I was extremely happy with the quality of work. I will definitely use Monroe for my gutter cleaning in the future.

I assume they cleaned the gutters, but I haven't been up to look at them, but the left two bags of wet leaves for me to dispose of, so I give them the benefit of the doubt.

They arrived right on time and finished cleaning the gutters in less than 20 minutes - very impressive considering my house is 3 stories tall. Overall I was very pleased with their service and have referred them to friends and family members. Keep up the great work!

Punctual, fast and thorough. Was surprised to see so many men (probably 6-7) working on the gutters at once, so they were done very quickly. Pointed out one small crack that they recommended we fix in the spring when it's dryer outside.

I talked to them on the 20th but they were not able to get us into their schedule; and now the snow has hit and it is very cold and too dangerous to have it done now.

The first day that the weather was good enough to get on the roof to clean the gutters, MONROE GUTTER CLEANING LLC was here. I did not have to provide any equipment. They came prepared to do the job. They did ask if the water was on because they wanted to pour water in the gutters and downspouts to make sure they were cleaned out and flowing freely. They arrived at 1:30 PM and were finished by 1:40 PM. All debris from the gutter was bagged and set next to the garbage can. The job was done very well and there was no cleanup for me. I highly recommend MONROE GUTTER CLEANING LLC! I will use them again next fall.

Company had promised to show up during last two weeks of November. They called on the 20th to say they were coming. They arrived promptly wit their own truck and four young men. They used their ladders and my hoses to clean all gutters and down- spouts. The leaves were still on the ground, so cleanup was pointless, but they did the driveway and any obvious places. They worked quickly and efficiently. Very professional impression. I would use them again.

Originally bought the service through Angie's List. They called to set up a time to complete the services. They came out and did the job in a professional and courteous manner. No problems at all. I have signed up with them for 2014 and 2015 gutter cleaning (they guaranteed the same price as 2013).

They came out and inspected and said we had over 100 linear feet of feet and wanted to charge me extra Than the coupon called for so I am not going to use them.

I spoke to them on the phone and they let me know when they would be coming. They showed up when they said they would and did a good job.

They did a great job. The gutters were cleaned out and they picked up all of the leaves/debris that they cleaned out of them that fell. If I had not been home when they did the cleaning I would not have been able to tell that they had been there since they left the lawn and the back deck spotless.
