I was not home the day them came but I can tell you the following: They came the day they promised. Problem was taken care of. I have not had any problems since. I cannot say anything about the worker because as noted I was not home. But the company was accommodating and did what they said they would do.

took a few weeks for them to come and clean the gutters. they were probably overwhelmed with people taking advantage of the same coupon we used.

I just moved into my house and did not know the condition of my gutters, downspouts, etc. I was sure that one downspout or gutter was clogged as the water poured over the gutter. First off, they did do the work asked. They cleaned my gutters and downspouts. I do feel that the work performed was worth the cost. I suspect that the gutters were not too bad as the left no debris for pickup as others had claimed was done for them and they were done quite quickly. I have a few issues with the business end of the company and not the actual work which was done. 1) I attempted to contact them through their website form and never heard back after waiting a few days.. 2) I called and left a message and was contacted not too long afterwards. I was about to give up and use a different company. 3) I wanted to understand the difference between the Angie's List offer ($99.00 for 120 linear feet) vs. what they advertise on the company website ($80.00 for the first hour and $40 each additional hour). The person on the phone said she had no knowledge of the Angie's List offer as someone else handles setting that up. She did say though that it would be cheaper to use them based upon their hourly rate (and not the Angie's list rate) and gave me an estimate of $120.00 for a house my size. I ordered the service and they showed up the following week. Two workers showed up and cleaned the gutters and downspouts and were done within 30 minutes. They left me a bill for $120.00 4) I called the company and spoke with the same person from my earlier conversation and asked why I was billed $120.00 which covers work greater than 1 hour. I should only be billed $80.00 as per the web site's posted rates. She said she'd call the workers and get back to me and did. She first said that I was quoted $120.00 (which I was) but that was an estimate, not a binding price. She then said that they did send two workers instead of one (implying that this justified charging me more.) She finally also said that they are changing their pricing models and that the web site is incorrect. She said that the partner / person who maintained the web site for them was no longer with the company and the current owner has no clue on how to change it. 5) In the end, she said I can pay just $80.00 if I feel that it's what the work done is worth. (not a nice way to phrase it to be honest). I will be paying $80.00 (plus tax) because I should not have to pay more than what I have to, not because the work was not good enough. I did suggest that for future potential customers, she should explain that the web site's prices are no longer valid (if they intend to change them). Also, I suggested that if they wish to charge based upon the number of workers that they send, they should communicate this up front and give customers the option to have more than one show up. To do otherwise will leave people feeling like they are getting scammed. I do appreciate the work done. There was one downspout which was badly clogged and they cleared it out so they did do the work agreed upon. I'll probably not use them again based upon the business experience I had around the bill and attempts to justify charging me more for work done than advertised. If you use them, I'd suggest skipping on the Angie's List offer and just get an estimate as it will probably be cheaper.

Very professional. I bought a gutter cleaning deal on Angies list. They got back to me within 24 hours and came to do the work a few days later (as scheduled). They were extremely professional and worked quickly. I'm going to switch and use them as my regular, twice a year, gutter cleaning service.

Very prompt. Was flexible of when he came. Job was performed efficiently and completely. It was well needed. Put all the debris in a plastic bag for the garbage tote.

I was not at home when the service was provided since it was all outside. I have had no problems with leaking on the inside in the torrential rains this summer and everything seems to be draining well.

We purchased services as part of an Angie's List Big Deal - a cleaning of all gutters + roof evaluation, for $99. We additionally purchased from them 5 commercial downspout screens at $5.00 each, installed. The workmen did an awesome job, cleared everything out, washed down debris from the roof, and installed the screens, all in about 30-45 mins. They were courteous and professional, they even cleaned up debris that had landed on our deck and lawn after they were finished. Definitely a good purchase, and will certainly use them in the future.

The job went smoothly. They contacted us immediately after the purchase to confirm a time. Outlined what they needed from us and on the day of service. Showed up and completed the job without any disruption or issue to us.

Promptly called about scheduling a time and apologized for the two-week wait, then managed to fit us in a week early! Worked quickly, quietly and left two large bags neatly by garage for trash pick-up. Not any debris on walkway or yard anywhere around the house. We plan to use them again in the fall.

I purchased the service via an Angie's list coupon. We corresponded via email on timing and they arrived on time. Cleaned the gutters, and swept the roof, and advised me of improvements I could make to my downspouts (performed by another contractor).

Cleaning the gutters helped to lessen a water problem I was experiencing in the basement.

Provider cleaned gutters and flushed downspouts. Efficient, affordable and beats me doing it as I think I am too old to do the second story anymore. They offer a contract with a guaranteed price as well and I think I will sign them up to just keep cleaning.

See above, a very good service

The only reason I knew they were here to do the scheduled work is I heard someone in the backyard with a ladder, went outside and realized they had started to work on my gutters. I spoke very them briefly and asked to be notified when they were done cleaning the gutters, but they didn’t let me know before they left. I suppose they did a good job, everything is working just fine. They left a note saying they did the work and everything went alright. I have no complaints, it was just an odd way to do business leaving like that.

They were very quick with their communication and they did a really nice job as far as getting the job done and telling me when they were going to get the job done.

When I called to schedule service, I was informed that I selected the wrong service from angie's list. I reselected a different and less expensive service directly from the servie provider. I was pleased with their completion of the work.

Everything went very well. The men were efficient, did a great job, cleaned up everything left from debris in gutters.

I used a deal here on Angie's List; bought it on Sunday night, had an email from the provider an hour later, and the crew was here at my house before 10am the next morning! I wouldn't have even realized they were here if my dog hadn't alerted me. It's hard for me to know for sure if they're clear since it's a two story house--but I should know by the time the next heavy rains come. :) Very impressed by the speed and professionalism, though. Assuming that I don't see any problems in the coming weeks, I'll quite likely sign up for their three year contract, which has a $90/visit price and priority scheduling.
