Chet was very responsive to my emails through Angie's list and accommodated despite being behind because of weather. Chet realized that we didn't have gutter covers so he brought that to my attention so we could be better positioned next time he cleans our gutters. One thing I really liked is that he called me by name when he arrived - nice personal touch. Thanks, Chet!

Chet was amazingly professional and polite and responsive and responsible, the perfect professional. There were small trees growing in my gutting and my gutters were so packed with dirt and leaves, that I used to get ice damming and the ice would melt into the interior wall of my home's family room and run down the walls and across the room toward our computer wiring and processor. Chet team of three people were awesome. They were extremely thorough and nice people to do business with. I will definitely use them again, sooner rather than later next time.

Everything from the start to end was perfect. Communication from Chet and his team was quick at sign-up, during, and after the time of gutter cleaning. I had a small issue with my gutter that he quickly communicated on securing all gutters. And in a follow up many months later, continue to provide a positive customer experience. I'll be signing up for the auto-schedule now that I know I need my gutters at the house cleaned more than once a year.

The service went very well. They had some good solutions to protect my downspouts from getting clogged with leaves. They were very professional and cleaned up all the debris. I would highly recommend them.

Chet called and said he would put me on the schedule for the following week, I did not need to be home. They arrived, inspected the footage, which was well over the 125 ft the angies deal included for the $99 price. he called with the overage, around 300 ft of gutter and a new quote of $200. I had them do the work. they needed access to water, but had their equipment and did the job with out any mess.

I purchased a $99 Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning. Though I was expecting an email communication to let me know when the service would be performed, I was delighted to see that just two days later, the cleaning had been done while I was at work. They left a receipt in my door. The gutters looked great.

I bought a deal from Angie's list for a $99 gutter cleaning. Monroe Gutter Cleaning (Chet) was great I emailed him about the service he responded quickly. They set up an appointment within 2 days and did a great job. He installed downspout strainers at a reasonable price and inspected my roof free of charge.

I wasn't home but they showed up and did the work without leaving a mess! The only sign they were there were two tennis balls they found in the downspout!

This was a big deal and he was very prompt in contacting me to schedule and he came out earlier than expected to do the work. No issues.

They arrived when they said they would. Did all the gutters cleaned up all mess and left before we knew they were gone. Very efficient but I think there non-Angie price is a little high.

Responds to messages quickly, friendly, great work, very fair price, and did the job when he said he would. Overall, we're happy and would definitely recommend.

Everything was as promised, and the man who came to preform the service was patient and nice (especially since my gutters hadn't been cleaned in over a decade).

A job well done. However, I called after the job was performed with questions, left a message, and no one returned my call.

They were easy to set up an appointment with. I met with them in person to point out some specific areas of concern (downpour from gutter when it rained onto window screen.) After the initial clean they said everything was fine gutters looked great. However the next day we had a big rain and I still had the downpour problem over the window. I called them back and they came out to the house the same day and called to let me know that one of the workers must have "missed" that area as the gutter was bent and not functioning properly. He put it back in alignment and I have not had a problem since. Though not originally impressed I appreciated the honesty that they had missed something and made it right immediately. I will use this company for regular cleanings in the future.

It was done very professionally, they cleaned up everything and left us with a fully functional gutter system. We were very pleased with the work.

Work was great, even saved materials that were left in gutter by the roofers we used. Was able to send a picture of what was in there for the roofing company for their information.

He showed up first thing in the morning to clean the gutters. I had to leave for work, but he left a note about the gutter and roof status on my door. He noted that a fascia board was not attached correctly in one spot, and I was able to fix that problem before it became a larger issue this summer saving my house from more damage.

Rec'd an email right away letting me know they would get back to me to schedule a cleaning time. I was surprised how quickly they were able to make the appointment - within a week of the initial contact, they were done! In addition to the cleaning, Chet reattached the end gutter which suffered from this past winter. He also reinserted the board shield which goes behind the gutter and then adjusted so there is a nice down flow on the gutter. GOOD JOB!
