They were prompt, and did there job efficiently. They were responsive to my questions and requests.

Good service ... scheduled quickly and performed work well.

Went fine. They reported back that most of the clogging was due to the people that I'd had fix my chimney.

Monroe Gutter claimed they cleaned the gutters of my two story home which is approximately 2400 sq. ft., in less than 10 minutes. They had just been to my house two months earlier, so I doubt there were any leaves to clean out of the gutters. I'm sure they checked the gutters and saw they were fine and then left approximately 7 minutes later. When I called to express my concern with the charge, they (Chet) emailed me stated they "hand cleaned" the gutters. I don't know how that could be possible in under 10 minutes and feel their business practices are very questionable, so we cancelled the contract. For anyone that uses Monroe Gutter, I would keep a very close on them. For those that are thinking about using them, don't! Unless you want to pay for services not rendered.

I highly recommend Chet and his crew for your roof. I purchased their special last year for a cleaning. They came out promptly and cleaned everything. I also want to say how neat they were. I've had cleaners in the past who have just thrown the gutter stuff down on my lawn. Chet and his crew collected everything in buckets and disposed of it properly. Based upon their work, I just had them back this week to clean again. Chet was very prompt in his replies and scheduled quickly. We were home when he pulled up and got to talk. He's very professional - this is a great local business. Even promised to not touch the baby bird nest that a momma bird built on our downspout. Needless to say - I have only positives to say about Chet!

It went fine. They did well. They were very professional. Everything was done quickly and neatly.

And now the gutters fell in the ice madness of the winter so I am going to look for estimates elsewhere. We are not the best fit. But thank you for the work you did. I wish that the folks who start the business, the ones good at the work would do the work. I think this countries high salary for the top, workers get little isn't working anymore for humans. Love the CEO in Ca. who just gave the million salary to the workers and took a reasonable one himself so all happy and all good job! NOT putting this on you Chet. Putting this on the way we all do it. Thanks again and I am sure you have a good fit with others. Not a bad thing. Just moving on.

They did a fair job at a fair price, there was nothing spectacular but the gutters were cleaned. They did not go above and beyond where there were seams in the gutter, but overall it was a good experience

I as contacted promptly by Monroe Gutter, we discussed the job. He performed the service on the day he promised. From what I can see, the gutter look clean, and the material removed was left in a trash bag, ready to go into the trash.

It was overall okay. They were timely and they were managed to do everything as I would have expected. I think the price was average for what they did.

They were very good. I don?t think there were other charges besides the $89 big deal. They came quickly after I purchased it considering how they busy they were and considering the season and the demographics out there. They did a great job. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves which is a very big deal. There were no problems with our gutters after they cleaned it. I will recommend them because they were quick to come out and get the job done considering how busy they were. Based on the season, you usually have to call a month in advance but we were rather to get someone rather quickly. They have a standard price.

They cleaned the gutters and left the debris in a plastic bag.

They emailed me once that they were unable to do the job bcoz of ice in the gutter. I found them at my house on Dec 26th around 8 am They did not ring the bell or try to let me know anyway that they were there. I stepped out and said hi and 5-10 mins later they were gone. I had the understanding that they were also going to inspect the roof as part of the deal, however I have no idea whether or not they performed the inspection. So I will not be using their services any more as I expect any company that I hire for services to at least communicate clearly how it went and if there are any concerns or not.

It was fine overall. They came out on time and cleaned the gutters well. They were very quick. They didn't leave any debris behind so I believe they took it with them.

It was fine. They did a good job. But I purchased this as a special through Angie's list for $120 and after looking at my house they wanted an additional $97 to do the job. So my total was over $200 for something that cost me only $130 last year.

I think the service was alright. I was not home and I did not get up there and check the gutters, but the downspouts and everything appeared to be all clean. They cleaned up any debris that came down.

They cleaned up afterwards and did a good job!

It was good. They were able to come in the morning and got done in an hour. I had no complaints.

Professionally handled from start to finish. I contacted Chet by email through Angie's List, within a 1.5 hrs he responded. At the time we had waited a little too long to make an appointment and the weather was very changeable. He put us on the schedule for week of November 17, however, snow and cold weather hampered the ability to work through those on his schedule. As soon as the weather permitted he came cleaned the gutters and even though my wife was home at the time he left his bill under the front door. A very trustworthy person in this day and age. The job was excellently done, the price was fair, did not try to sell unnecesary work, and very easy to do business with; you can't ask for much more than that. I would highly recommend Monroe Gutter Cleaning to anyone needing the gutters cleaned on their house.

Here is the note I just wrote back to the company.... Chet... The guys did a fabulous job cleaning my gutters yesterday. I was impressed. Left bags of leaves for me, instead of leaving them on the lawn, nice touch. Said they poured water downed each downspout to make sure it was draining...perfect. I also noticed you came back today and installed downspout strainers! Because the guys did not have any yesterday and I needed them. I would have never known if any where there or not...I greatly appreciate you and your Team taking the extra time to make sure my gutter system is in good shape. Thanks again. the company offers great service, they were at the house within a couple days of me calling and did their job quickly and professionally. I would recommend them.

They were very good about answering my questions. They were not able to schedule the work to be done in the timeframe that I needed. Chet was very helpful. I don't have any complaints.

I recently moved into Rochester (city) into a historic house, which has lots of roof and gutter detail. I am more than impressed with Monroe Gutter Cleaning's (1) thoroughness and attention to detail, (2) excellent communication and quick responsiveness to my needs and questions, and (3) willingness to return at my request to do an additional cleaning, when more leaves accumulated as I have trees that shed late in the season (despite their busy schedule). I now have a pristine roof and gutters and this has been an unusually positive experience unlike any other!
