I have used them for service, and maintenance plan since I moved in here in 2007. I have used them for ten years. I am very satisfied with them. Matter of fact they replaced my hot water heater. They do it all. they are great. The guys who come in are very knowledgeable, and personable. They are good about the regular appointments on the service plan. Which is great. I can put a reminder on my calendar, but I don't have to. They are that good. I went with an high end unit, because I wanted to put in here. I would say competitively, its competitive on price concern. The price was the next grade up on the system being put in. I think I got a good package deal to buy the whole system. The price looks high to people. I don't think they realize how much it cost .Everyone gets too caught up on the cost, and not what they actually need for what you have in the house. There was an Lennox in here before, but it was a small unit. I needed the next system up to efficiently heat and cool the house. The amount of savings I have in the heating and cooling bill is the new system in. Its a big difference. When we did a blower fan replacement on the old unit, they recommended an variable fan, and putting that in cut my cost overall. I am putting a lot of money in it right now, but both the units I will recoup the money, and then some. There are some rebates for the state. I was able to get $900 for rebates for energy efficient units. I was under the expiration date. I couldn't claim the federal tax. They gave me the information on programs that is out there, to get money back. Not all companies will do that. They give you a full free year of service contract, when you put in an new unit.

They should be here within a month or so. The service was free. We are covered for 3 more years for all my services.

I did not renew the agreement last year. The best part was defiantly was the technicians that came. They were always very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very professional. I would give them an "A". I would give the main office a "C" and I would give their pricing a "D". I think that the main office, headquarters, or whatever, should be more customer focused. We had called to schedule an appointment and things like that were missed, call backs were missed. That was all on them, not on the technicians. When the technicians did get here, they were fantastic. I am going to limit the quality to only the technicians that showed up to do the work at my house. For their professionalism, I need to split that. I would give the technicians an "A" and give their office a lower grade.

They are excellent. I feel confident that when they do the maintenance that they are knowleadgeable, very honest and not trying to sell unnecessary services.
