Nava Slavin and her associates were absolutely fantastic. I would not hesitate in recommending them or indeed using them again. Their planning was impecable and nothing was too much trouble. They made the process so easy and trouble free. They made a timetable and stuck to it,even fitting the kitchen slightly earlier than planned. The quality of the cabinetry is so good and everything they recommended worked so well. Nava went above and beyond duty and gave us lots of advice on tiling and lighting and everything she recommended really did enhance the rooms.They were fantastic people to work with and they far exceeded my expectations. Please do consider speaking to them if you are either re-modelling your kitchen or bathroooms.

The Creative Edge Inc. is a Kitchen and Bath design firm. 1. Hired to renovate our kitchen. Nava Slavin, Pres. claimed to be an architect - NOT TRUE. Fraudulent statement. Our searches have found she has no professional certifications at all. 2. Design fee - $2000 paid after getting quote for cabinets. after check was cashed cabinets quoted $7000 more. - Lowballing. 3. Got price for installation from her contractor. Just before installation she brought in new contractor and another person to install cabinets quoting thousands more than originally stated. This was AFTER we gave deposit for cabinets. - Lowballing. 4. During design process Nava Slavin made many errors we had to correct, some of which again caused us further expenditures. 5. Just prior to installation we discovered kitchen couldn?t be installed according to her specification and plans. Her own contractor called it ?a big mistake?. She yelled at us and blamed us for her error. 6. Alternative plans for kitchen to correct her mistake were ugly and unacceptable. We NEVER would have approved or paid for any originally. 7. She has had our money, $50,000 + for almost 1 year - we have nothing. She is incapable of admitting she made a mistake. She doesn?t hesitate to lie and is totally incompetent in our opinion. 8. Our lawyer gets no response to anything from her or her lawyer. She wants to keep our $50,000 and ignore us. Our atty. has had to file with the court for a conference to get a judge to force a response. All the replies from this company are bogus. The defamation suit was thrown out of court. We have never sued any designer, firm, or anyone. She is not an architect. We were never given a list of contractors. We were told take it or leave it. She replied to the law suit only when ordered by a judge. Her mistake, her alternate plans were truly horrible. She considers her inability to not implement her original design a small problem.
