They were meticulous and did an awesome job. They came in the middle of the winter to make sure everything was nailed down and then when it got warmer, he came and replaced everything.

Paul came when he said he would. Everything was explained before he started. He is very professional and low key, which I appreciate. The job was completed with no problems and I am completely satisfied. I will certainly call him again should any roof problems occur. Will use him for a yearly maintenance check on my slate roof.

He was very nice fairly prompt. The leak continued so I called and he returned and sprayed everything with a garden hose even 3rd floor windows, to see if it could be determined where the leak was happening. yet, the leak kept dripping as had in the past, once every 30sec....I called and let him know the status. The leak continues as I plan to open the ceiling up when the weather gets warmer and see if I can determine where this drip/leak is occurring then, if it is the roof, I will call for a return visit.

Paulie the Roofer was great. He clalled me back promptly and I spoke with him about the job. He said that coming from Long Is land to New Jersey was a bit far but if I was not satisfied with the local contractors with whom i had spoken, he'd swing by and give me an estimate. He was very cordial and extremely knowledgablebout my slate roof and I would highly recommend him to anyone on Long Island to use him, no matter what kind of roof you have. This man knows his stuff!

Paulie is prompt and responsible. There is no water coming into the bathroom so far!

It took almost a year to get a really good slate specialist after Hurricane Irene and the hailstorm. Finally, had Paulie the roofer come by. He did an amazing job on my neighbor's slate roof repair. Gave us several estimates for different work to be done. I later went with replacing the whole area. Excellent supervision of his people. Cleaned up all the slate they were ripping off immediately. They were in the middle of the repair and roof installation when Hurricane Sandy came. The roof was completely sealed and it was tested immediately to our satisfaction. Paul came the next morning at 8 after the hurricane and made sure we did not have any problems. They finally finished the work and it looks great. It will last for a hundred years. It is pricey but I think that is because slate costs so much. Paulie is really a pleasure to work with and just utterly professional. You can always reach him in a heartbeat.

The work far exceeded Paulie's estimate for materials, but he charged me no more than he originally quoted. I had previous quotes, one of which was open-ended, that might have cost far more. The two workers, Marlon and Wilson who performed the job, were completely professional, courteous and thorough, working non-stop until they were sure every bit of damage was repaired. I expect to enjoy the next 120 years of service from my roof with Paulie's help when needed.

He is loyal and thorough. They do a good job.

He does my regular maintenance work. He is responsive, comes when it is cold, does what he is supposed to and he knows his stuff.

I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE. NOT ONLY IS THEIR WORKMANSHIP OF SUPERIOR QUALITY, PAUL AND HIS GUYS HAVE A FANTASTIC & POSITIVE ATTITUDE. HE IS ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE, QUICK TO RETURN CALLS, AND AVAILABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. VERY NEAT AND CLEAN WORKERS TOO. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE PAUL AGAIN IN THE FUTURE, OR RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY ROOFING JOB, NO MATTER HOW CHALLENGING. 100% SATISFIED IN LITTLE NECK.

I thought he was very professional, prompt and did a great job. He's a little more expensive at times, but he does do an excellent job, in my opinion. He's great at finding and fixing leaks and will keep coming back until it's done. I would definately recommend him.

It cost under $1000. Their pricing was average. The leak is occurring again this year.

He is reliable and thorough, and very easy to deal with.

We had a very positive experience with him. He was very professional. He explained everything that he was going to do in detail. He provided us a free detailed estimate straight away. Unlike a couple of others who came over to give us an estimate, he was really busy. Even though he made us wait for 3-4 weeks, it was definitely worth it. He does a lot of roofing in the area.
