+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY IS PROMPT AND RELIABLE. WHEN I HAVE NEEDED THEM THE SERVICE WAS RESPONSIVE TO MY CALL. I FEEL SECURE AND SAFE WHEN THE SERVICE IS IN USE AND WORKING PROPERLY.
Description of Work: I HAD THE COMPANY COME OUT TO FIX OUR ALARM THAT DIDN'T SEEM TO BE SOUNDING WHEN THE CODE WAS BROKE.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY IS OKAY. THEY JUST TRY TO CHARGE YOU MORE THAN YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO PAY. THEY TRY TO GET OVER ON PEOPLE, BUT OTHERWISE THEY ARE AN ALRIGHT COMPANY.
