+ -1 moreNothing has been resolved. I have not heard from hem even after filing a complaint with the bbb. They stole our money and the office address listed on their website and the one on file with the answering service does NOT exist.
Description of Work: I signed a contract for service and paid for a service contract in the amount of 239 dollars. We used airnow in the past and were satisfied with them. However the service contract includes a spring and winter maintenence check. In the spring I was able to get in touch with someone but was told the service man we used in the past is no longer available. The new technician that came to our home gave me his own business card, not airnow, so obviously they subcontracted. I called and said I was not very happy with the new technician and the reason I signed a contract with the was because I liked the old one. Now I have been calling everyday to schedule my winter heat maintenence which is already paid in full. I called more than a dozen times and get their answering service. No one has contacted me so I drove to their office only to find it does not exist. So basically they stole our money. I filed a complaint with the bbb.

+ -1 moreI needed my system upgraded, it was about 20yrs old. I also needed additional duct ran from attic into the basement. We decided it could go through the closet on the first floor. Walked around, said they would email me quote. I had to call them a bunch of times, still never got quote. I guess if its not over 12k job, they might not get back to you.
Description of Work: Came by, never got back with quote. Must have not been important or to small of a job for them.

+ -1 moreThey were very good. They were professional. They showed up on time which was somewhat inconsistent with the other service providers that I have tried to use for the same function. The other serivice providers did not show up on time and it was hard to reach them. Also, the service that I got from them was not very good as they did not explain as to what they were doing. I will definitely use AirNow again in the future.
Description of Work: I have used the services of AirNow a month ago for the maintenance of my heating and air conditioning system.

+ 0 moreHad a great experience from SALES REP to TECHNICIANS to OWNER - all were extremely professional. Work was performed in timely manner, very neat. The kind of company that really cares about its customers. I highly recommend them and would use them again if I needed to.
Description of Work: Replaced 5-yr old irreparable oil burner with more energy efficient model. Installed 3 high-efficiency Mitsubishi air conditioning and heat pump units. replaced hot water heater with higher capacity and more energy efficient hot water heater.
