After he started working, and had dug up the basement floor and torn stuff down on the walls, I could see that he wasn't going to do it the way I thought was the best way. I discussed it with him, and decided that I was going to stop the work at that point and get someone more experienced with this type of job. I think he was very disappointed, and angry. I told him it was just a business decision, and that I was sorry though. I had already given him half the money, and he didnt' even do half the job. He asked for $800 more because he said he had already paid for this and that (the machine that digs the hole for the gravity drain.) I felt guilty and gave him the money, but soon when I had time to think about it, realized I'd been had! I tried to contact him after this (plus he never gave me a receipt ) he has never answered his phone or called back. I had to pay the guy who did the job full price and all the money I gave to Sergio was lost. Not professional. I ought to take him to small claims court, I'm seriously considering it. I liked him a lot, and I only write this now because he has not responded to my calls.

Sergio, did a fantastic job. He was always on time, his crew was polite and worked hard. He met deadlines and his price point was below others in this area. Work done for 1000 sq ft was frame, run new electrical for recessed lights, sconces, outlets and switches. Insulate R21. Install outdoor light. Drywall. Sand drywall for paint. Install 6 new windows energy efficient. Install several doors as well and trim. I'm using him again for my custom bar in a couple weeks.

He did a good job. He is a good company.

They accidentally put the wrong color on the roof, but they re-did the roof on my garage to make up for it. They were very good.
