Something nefarious transpired, I should have suspected something when the driver asked to pick up the load earlier than the scheduled time. 20 yarder filled with paper, plastic and wooden items, weighed almost 4 tons. I was definitely overcharged and there was no accountability. No way to check for fraud or errors. I had to rely totally on the integrity of the truck drivers and the dumpster rental company. I do not recommend this process or this company.

The pricing was great and the dumpster service as well. Unfortunately, the administrative aspect was less than stellar. Initially, I was told my order was not on file and instructed to place another. I explained multiple times that I placed the order directly on their website as instructed by their employee. My card had already been charged $400 and I would not run it again. After a 15-20 minute call, my order was found. This was the day of my dropoff so the dumpster didn't arrive as early as I expected and I had hired helpers. Secondly, my card was charged a permit fee twice. The first time on the day of dropoff and then two days later. I called to notify the issue and again I was met with less than thrilled staff as if I did something wrong. I was then told it was an accident and issued a refund but the refund was not the exact amount charged because they are unable to reverse processing fees. I wanted to finish with the dumpster rental without any other issues so I refrained from calling back to complain about my overall dissatisfaction. I am especially sensitive to the demands of working in the administrative department, I am an Administrative Director myself. I know mistakes happen and I refrain from being the customer everyone hates to deal with. I should have been given great service and had a pleasant experience. I certainly made it easy to do just that even with the issues I had but the customer service fell short.

Buyer Beware! This is a bait and switch company!!! I ordered a 10-yard dumpster to fill with dirt and concrete from a basement remodel. I was told 3 times by the owner and dispatcher there was no weight limit as long as I only filled it with dirt and debris. After they picked up the dumpster, they called to say I was over the weight limit. I said that I was guaranteed no weight limit and asked them to email me proof of the weight overcharge. They never called me back or emailed me back with proof of their claim. Instead, they charged my credit card a 2nd time for more than $300 over the original price of the container! This company uses bad practices! Do not use them!

Regency Recycling Corp was professional and on time. No problems what so ever. They were a pleasure to work with. Great experience.
