Kas Carpet

Went to their store and found carpeting we liked. Scheduled the installation within a few days. They insisted on a cash deposit. They came by and measured when promised. Good Communication. They came do deliver the carpet and install exactly on time. They insisted on payment in full in CASH prior to the installation. I found this disconcerting. The installers did great work and were very professional. I feel that in the 21st century, insisting on payment in full in cash prior to installation is poor policy. Like many people, I do almost all of my transactions using plastic. they should accept such for the convenience of their customers. In addition, requiring payment in full prior to the completion of work showed a lack of trust that made me feel that something shady might be going on. I'm not sure that I would feel comfortable using them for a significantly bigger job if that policy remains in place. As for the quality of their work, I am quite happy.

I've used Kas before, they are reliable and prices are very good. I went in on a weekday evening and picked out 4 carpets for 4 rooms, I supplied the measurements. Within a week they came and installed 4 carpets, very promptly and cleaned up everything. The work was well done. It probably went quickly because there was no furniture but I appreciate that they have so many carpets to choose from, all in stock, and they can get in to install as soon as you can accommodate them.

it went well. matt was very accommodating . since i was not looking to spend a lot of money i consider prices were reasonable. work was done quickly.

I would recommend them and price wise KAS Carpet were the best. They were on time and the optional carpeting was good. They were very accommodating.

THEY HAVE GOOD QUALITY CARPET AND AN EXTREMELY WIDE VARIETY OF COLORS AND STYLES. THEIR SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB HELPING US CHOOSE THE RIGHT CARPET FOR OUR HOME.

GOOD CARPET AT A GREAT PRICE! THIS COMPANY IS EASY TO WORK WITH AND PROVIDES GOOD SERVICE. THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE FOR ME AND CLEANED UP THEIR MESS WHEN THEY COMPLETED THE JOB.

I FEEL THAT KAS CARPET SHOWROOM IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HARD WORKING COMPANY. THE QUALITY OF THEIR CARPET IS WONDERFUL AND I FELT THE PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE ALSO. THEY ARE A GREAT CARPET COMPANY.

KAS CARPET DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE CARPET IN MY BASEMENT. THE CREW WAS HARD WORKING AND CLEANED UP NICELY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB MAKING SURE THE TACK STRIPS WERE NOT LEFT EXPOSED AT THE CORNERS AND EDGES.

THEY CAME OUT ONE DAY AND DID THE ESTIMATE, THEN CAME OUT THE NEXT AND DID THE WORK, THEY MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE OUT AND WHEN THEY MOVED IT BACK IN THEY MADE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH WHERE THEY PUT IT.
