Bob was excellent throughout the entire process. We had a completely unfinished basement and Bob was quickly able to inspect, price, and create a beautiful basement which included ample closet/storage space, an office, bathroom, open concept laundry room, walk-in pantry and lounge area. Bob was by far the most responsive and cost conscious of any contractor I was trying to work with. Even when we made changes in the middle of the renovation, Bob was quick to pivot and provide exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend.

I hired Bob for our basement remodeling project and thatâ s the best decision we took. He is such a perfectionist with his job, gives right suggestions on what needs to be done, not at all money minded, and mainly manages work to be on time. He returned back to work immediately after his surgery just to meet the deadline. We are more than happy with the outcome. I sincerely recommend Bob for any work he is capable of doing and worth the decision. In fact, I kept pinging him for more suggestions even after the job is done and he is very responsive. So thankful that we were able to find Bob through my friend and he is a highly recommended person for any remodeling job.

Bob and his partner (also Bob), did a great job finishing my basement. It was a pleasure working with them. They laid Marble tile floor, Drop ceiling, hihats, summer kitchen and bathroom (including all plumbing) and of course sheetrock and paint walls. I recommend them highly to anyone interested in any home remodel work and happy to give them a reference as well on a phone call.

My husband and I bought a house with a full basement in terrible condition. Bob and his assistant gutted the entire space, right down to the cement walls and floor. They then rebuilt the entire basement from scratch. The project required a tremendous amount of planning, problem solving, and construction expertise... Bob provided all of this and more. The work they did is flawless, with meticulous attention to detail and quality of workmanship. Also, he was very accommodating to any requests and/or changes that we made along the way. The finished product is breathtakingly beautiful, and the basement is now the nicest space of our house!

Excellent quality work. Project was a large basement, over 1500 sq ft. Always on time and very responsible. Reviewed progress on a regular basis and customized everything according to our wishes. Very happy with the final product. Glad we hired the pros. Highly recommended.

I hired Bob to build a waiting room in a finished commercial space. This includes studded walls, sheet rocks, door installation, window, trim and painted everything to match the existing design. He has been professional, neat, efficient and very personable. I would use him again in the future and I will recommend Bob.

Bob got our project done quickly but quality of work was poor. At the time of hiring, he informed, he will take care of any problem that's related to his contract, for up to a year. But when we contacted him a few months later to fix the problems, in addition to not being helpful, he was very unprofessional in his response.

Bob and his guys were great, were prompt and very meticulous in details. Cleaned up beautifully when they left. Would use them again, I highly recommend.

The president, Bob gave a very good floor plan of the basement to me. I like it and has decided to finish the basement. He is a very kind and reliable person. I am satisfied with the new room in the basement. In the future, I would ask him to finish the rest of the unfinished basement.

Some electrical concerns arose in our older home and they walked us through options keeping us safe and under budget. They are very much focused on the client. UIF gutted and finished a two-floor apartment including bathroom and kitchen. We were not the easiest clients; changing our minds while on a tight schedule. Bob was on the job site every day. He brought with him a level of professionalism and organization to every aspect of the project. His estimate was spot-on as far as time frame and budget. Bob works with integrity at a fair price. Bob and his team are AMAZING! He finished our basement in just under 4 weeks, on time and on budget. They showed up everyday at 9am and worked straight through to 4pm. Every single day. They were never late and never missed a day. It was so nice to have a contractor that you could count on. By the end, I felt they were like uncles. The basement added so much living space to our home and we find that we spend 95% of our time down there. We are so happy we hired Bob and his team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to finish their basement.

I was a little skeptical about hiring a pro I just met through Home Advisory. However, Bob was the best home improvement decision I ever made. He was professional, prompt and courteous. His estimate was competitive. Bob and his team did a tremendous job. They completed my basement refinish project ahead of schedule. Not only is he a great guy, but he did great work.
