They never contacted me after I requested contact even though I had big job

I needed a weekly lawn service. My original phone call was returned after two days. I was promised another phone call regarding scheduling the weekly service but never received that call.

It is a local company and I pay about $30 weekly or $150 monthly. I have recommended him to all of my neighbors. He is really nice and easy on the eyes. He is honest and will not BS me. He comes in and tells me he can do what I need done. He does not overprice anything and is very fair. He is awesome and I have used him for at least five years. I would not change him and he does everything automatically when he comes. I have the cleanest lawn in the whole place and he comes until lave November. They go over the lawn with a lawnmower-type thing, but they scrape up the leaves at the same time. He has a fall cleanup service where they cut down all the perennials, shrubs and whatever I need. He gives me a quote for any extra work I need done. Sometimes his tree trimming is expensive. He is very reliable and the prices have not gone up that much.
