SUNation installed our solar array and they were extremely professional. Sales people explained how the rebate program worked, as well as the financing. No pun intended, but they were "right on the money" with the numbers. The installation crew were respectful of our 90 year old home and its architecture. Two years later, when we had a problem with squirrels, they responded quickly and we got our system back up and running as soon as possible. I highly recommend them!

SUNation was the only company that believed in their mission statement, transparent pracrices, and know they only do the right thing. I've been a proud member of the SUNation family since June 2015. Besides saving buckets of money, my rates will NEVER go up, and I'm reducing my carbon footprint. You owe it to yourself to go solar with SUNation Solar Systems. The only regret I have is that I didn't do it soonet.

SUNation Solar was completely transparent, their staff is all very knowledgeable and professional, and they have the confidence in their knowledge that they only do the right thing. The whole process from beginning to end was so easy and smooth. The representatives kept us informed every step of the way through the application process, filing for the permit and scheduling the installation. On the day of the installation, the trucks pulled up right on time and got to work. Since it looked like it was going to rain the next day, they got more installers to come later in the afternoon to finish the job in one day. The solar array is beautiful, neat and clean, and you can''t see any pipes at all. They left my yard and driveway clean. I highly recommend SUNation and am more than happy that I chose them.

I met with 3 solar installers before deciding to go with SUNation. I knew right away after meeting with John Leach that SUNation was the way to go. They weren't pressuring, but still showed me the benefits of going solar and going solar with them. Even though I didn't have a year's worth of usage (I had just bought the house), SUNation made the right recommendation. Installation went great as well as did after installation support. I would highly recommended SUNation.

We were all set ro go with another large company, when friends of ours turned us on to Sunation. We are so glad they did. When we met Mike Copeland, there was no turning back. The Sunation company treats their customers like family. Their communication and follow up is excellent. They walk you through the process worry free. Great Company.

Excellent!!! Prompt, hardworking, no surprises. They came early, worked for two days, and when they left (apart from the system they installed), there was no sign they'd been there. They covered the carpeted steps to my finished basement and left absolutely no debris in the yard. They also installed an electric car charger- neat wiring and installed as expected. Nice crew of young men who spoke well of their company and took pride in their work. Highly recommended!!! Haven't seen a bill since the installation, and it's winter, but according to the dashboard they provide, I should be producing most of my own electricity- couldn't be happier! Note: Cost of service is before 30% tax credit.

I work in health/environmental education, so I know a bunch of people in the solar business. With that said, I'm very happy we went with SUNation. From beginning to end, the process was smooth, neat, and easy. They not only handled the layout, planning and installation, but also set up the loan, permit and all other documents. We just sat back and signed everything as it came in. Now we're producing all of our electricity using solar panels. It was a no brainer of a decision to get solar panels, and with SUNation it was really easy to do. We still pay a monthly bill for our loan payments, but it is lower than what we would be spending on our electric bill. Not only that, but as soon as we installed the panels, our house became a lot more valuable, in terms of resale. And when our loan is done, we will have ZERO electric bills for many years to come. I can't say enough about how good it is! Definitely a win-win in every respect. And as a side bonus, we get to look at our solar production every day online, via the producer portal. It's better than a video game and we get to share our joy with friends and family by showing them the graph of our current production on our phones. :-) Thanks to David at SUNation. I probably wouldn't use them again only because they were the highest bid and he was the last one that I met with. Had I met him first even being the highest bid, the situation would have been a little bit different. If I am to use them, I would definitely interview them again because they were very knowledgeable, and very responsive. They would be my second choice. Their pricing made no sense.

We were extremely happy with everything about SUNation and the installation, from beginning to end. The representatives explained the process, costs, and rebates very clearly and made sure we understood it all. They kept in touch with us every step of the way before and after the installation, as well as stopping by the house on the day of installation to take pictures. The installers were very professional and left everything cleaner than when they arrived. They even brought on a second crew later in the day to finish the job in one day, as rain was being called for the next day. We are thrilled to now have solar and to have such a nice looking application on our roof. It enhances the look of the house, believe it or not!

So, I had my panels installed and I couldn't be happier!! The instal was seamless. They were here on time every day they said they would be. The workmanship that went into this project was amazing. I've noticed on other people's houses who used a different company, all of the electric conduit goes across the roof. Sunation made it a point to run everything under the roof and through the attic. There is very little showing. I was told that since it was 2 days before thanksgiving when they completed the work, I would have the app up and running the following Monday. Well, they were wrong. They had it up the very next day! I noticed that one of my panels were not showing any production. I contacted Sunation on Monday November 30. They had their crew here today (Friday, December 4.) They explained that it was a bad optimizer and they would gladly replace it. They guys that were here made it a point to take me back to the inverters and make sure I know how every function works. One tech even gave me his cell number and told me that if I have any problems, call him and he would try to walk me through it. I am truly and thoroughly pleased with the work Sunation did and I would HIGHLY recommend them!!

This was a super easy process. Everyone from Sunations I spoke to over the phone was very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions quickly. My Salesperson Lenny showed up on time and gave me a few different proposals to look at. Each one would be ideal for someone in a different stage in life/ home ownership. I chose to use the one he recommended for me, it made the most sense for me because the panels were the most efficient and they have the longest warranty on the market. Lenny was not pushy, he gave me all the facts, answered all my questions then left. He didnt ask me to sign anything or agree to move forward on this project until I called him back and told him that I did my research and was comfortable with using Sunations. Once I signed off with Lenny, Sunations sent a couple techs over to take shade readings and measurements of my roof. They altered lennys proposal slightly based on that information gathered and drew up my plans, All I had to do was make 1 phone call and fill out an online application for financing. Sunations recommended using On-Bill. This makes paying for the panels easier, because your monthly payments are just added to your PSEG bill. It's also a great way to see your savings, because my bill used to be $160 a month, now its $90 for financing plus a $12 PSEG basic service fee. The second finance company is enerbank. no payments or interest for 12 months, the loan amount is what you get in rebates/tax credits. So you just pay that back when you get your rebates and that loan is done. I was pretty impressed with Sunations use of technology. Anytime a document would need to be signed, they would email it to me, and I could sign it on my touch screen of my phone. This definitely sped up the process. The longest part of the process is waiting for the town to approve everything and issue a permit. but from start to finish - about 3 months. On the installation day, the crew showed up with a van. They were very respectful, professional, and friendly. They finished the entire install in about 6 hours. They panels are perfectly aligned, they ran the wiring through the roof so that it looks neat and clean. They answered all my questions, showed me how to scroll through the data on the inverter and gave me instructions on how to access that information online. I even have an app on my phone that shows me how much power my system produces every day and keeps a log. I had estimates from several major Solar Companies and explored purchasing and leasing. I did all the math and I researched all the equipment. Sunations stood above the rest. They were the only company using equipment that justified the price. It seems like everyone else was just glazing over the equipment and expected me to just accept a $30,000 price tag. Other companies I spoke to are using the cheapest panels they can find, then charging a premium to customers that dont know any better. The bottom line for me was the cost and what I get for my money. my system cost was $28,000. After rebates I am financing about $14,000. after 15 years, I own my system. I can expect to get free electricity for around another 5-10 years after the system is paid off. If you are still thinking about leasing, consider this: You will pay over $40,000 for your panels over the 20 year lease. You could have had a better system that would have cost you $14,000 and paid less per month for 15 years with Sunations. I highly recommend Sunations. Don't go solar without talking to them.

Everything went perfect, the time frame was 4-6 weeks less then what I was quoted. Installation team was punctual, friendly, and extremely neat. I could not be happier with the job that was done.

The experience was wonderful.. They were ahead of scheduled and kept us posted every step of the way. They took care of everything. We got 3 quotes and it was impossible to compare since they each offered different financing. One was a PPA, so basically you pay a reduced amount of electric to someone else. The panels are never yours and you will never see a 0.00 bill. The other company did there own financing which went up each year. So you spend a significant amount more. Sunation did the financing through NYS (NYSERDA) It was straight forward and the loan shows up on our PSEG bill. We start saving immediately since the loan is much lower than what we were paying for electric and we expect to produce about 103% of our usage. Don't use anyone else. They are the best.

It went brilliantly. The designs were made, modified, andreviewd; the paperwork and permitting, tax information; payment and loan system, town inspections, etc were done almost seamlesly. There was a slight delay beacuse some of the original electronic documents got lost in the "ether." Once that was taken care of, all else went as planned. The panels are upo and working as expected. The SUNation people are amazingly good. I will and have recommend this company to many colleagues.

They were on time and provided references. All of their references had great things to say.

Without a doubt, the most "together" company there is. they kept me informed throughout the process, got all permits and inspections and were extremely responsive to aftercare and questions. I only wish that more contractors could be in this league. The team was professional and experienced. This is now one year plus later and I have not a single problem; and I have virtually no electric bill at all .
