They offer many options for inverters and panels to fit my needs. They kept me included in the design process as well as supporting documents for estimated production. Installation was smooth and took about 6 hours for 17 panels. Very easy to get in touch with the office staff to ask questions and the permit process closed out easily.

I chose SUNation because their sales representant, John, went above and beyond to answer all our questions (he came to my house on three separate occasions). Even after contracts were signed John was extremely attentive and continued to answer my questions as we moved throughout the process. In addition to John the guys that came out for the field assessment, the women in the office, and the guys that installed the system were AMAZING. I have been using Sunation since 2009. Our original solar system, which was installed by another company, had design flaws in the battery back up system. Sunation helped us fix those flaws. When we remodeled our home, we needed to remove our existing system. The only company we called was Sunation to remove and then replace our system with an updated system was Sunation. The experience and professionalism of Sunation mechanics are outstanding. I would not use any other Solar Co in the Nassau/Suffolk NY area.

I had hired them over 5 years ago the warranty I receive an annual checkup excellent customer service I would recommend installing a squirrel guard which I had installed after haven't had any problems the online app to monitor your service and generating electricity is working fine they are very reputable and probably the best around for all around service and customer service I have recommended this company to my neighbors

We have met with multiple solar companies and we chose SUNation over them all. The sales consultant, Frederica, was honest and informative. The installation team were just as excellent. Any questions we had were promptly answered; Frederica even followed up after the install to make sure we were happy (and she arrived with homemade cookies!) This team went above and beyond our expectations. Definitely would recommend this company!
