Our overall experience with SUNation was very positive. We are loving our $12 electric bills. They were able to help us with the issues of replacing our roof and doing the necessary tree work. One thing I didnâ t love and would have liked to know beforehand is that the loan comes from a credit union in California. As a New York State resident, I would have preferred to keep the loan local.

This is one of the rare companies who actually care abour their customers and provide the support to keep the customer happy. If you're thinking of going solar, look no more.

I had solar panels installed by SUNation over two years ago and it was one of the best decisions I have made for my house. Everyone was friendly and professional from beginning to end and the whole process was smooth without any issues. I love getting a PSEG of only $12 most months, some months may be a little higher due to more electricity used vs not much sun, but the highest I have paid is about $60. Well worth the investment and a great company to work with.

The office staff is pleasant, courteous and willing to help whenever I call. They walked me through the whole process when they installed my electric solar. Any problems that I had they were right there to correct it. I didnâ t have to make more than one phone call to resolve my problem. They also answered any questions that I had after the installation. My family members have used them as well and are very happy.

Fantastic company and fantastic people all around

The process from beginning to end was quite easy and absolutely worth it. I no longer receive an electric bill, except for the $0.40 per day line usage fee. I had the system up since August 8th 2019 and it has produced 2.63 Mwh of electricity, exporting back to the grid 1.09 Mwh as a credit for future use in case of cloudy, snow and shorter sun days in the winter. There was only one day so far that they produced less than I used. It was 85 deg's cloud rainy and very humid. I understand each application of the panels will be different for everyone, but not having to pay PSEG $233 per month, which is a lot more than what I am paying for the panels, is great. I really encourage everyone to at least see if this is for you. They do not employ high pressure sales tactics and really do understand the needs of New Yorkers. Also they are a local Long Island business, not some company from out west that has been in business for 6 months.

Excellent customer service!!! We were transferred over to Sunation from Level Solar and did not have a full understanding of how the solar process works in regards to billing. The representatives were patient and spent as much time as needed to answer our numerous questions, resolve issues and help with our general understanding of how the process works.

Completely satisfied. Our sales representative Mike Copeland, came prepared when we initially contacted him. He was on point with every aspect of the project. From the amount of panels needed, to the installation date and the completion date. The installers were neat and explained each step before starting. From start to finish it was a 2 day installation.
