Smith Bros. did a fantastic job. Phone calls are returned promptly and appointments are scheduled quickly and kept on time. The sales representative was also a landscape designer - he took detailed measurements and notes and a quote for the job was delivered as promised a week later. The job was scheduled within a few weeks and the project manager and crew arrived on time. They assured us that the crew was dedicated to our project and they kept their word. Since our project was small and unique, we were on-site to help assure the placement and layout of the wall. After a misunderstanding about the placement, Smith Bros. did not hesitate to adjust the work, adding additional stone and 1/2 days work, with no additional charge. Their crew was courteous and very hard working. They took pride in their work, adjusting the layers of stacked stone until it looked just right. They left the yard like they found it and the new area raked out and ready for planting.
