Description of Work: This company is a joke of the year. How are they in business? I made multiple appointments to be looked at. Every single appointment is NO show NO call NO update. NOTHING. Unprofessional lady answer calls. I think it's a business from home. Stay away from them. TRUST ME.

+ -1 moreThis company was more than double the price of other estimates that I had received. I didn't need any chemicals, just needed it to be vacuumed. He wanted to charge me $95. I asked them about replacing the light on the pool that had burnt out, it would cost $119 for them to come and look at it, this does not include replacing it. He was curt, abrupt, and superior.
Description of Work: I called to get an estimate.

+ -1 moreI am thrilled that I was fortunate to find Pool Care and I feel that I could safely recommend their services without any hesitation. The owners are extremely professional and sincere and they oversee all of the jobs.
Description of Work: I have been dealing with an extremely reputable pool company that I can't recommend highly enough. It is owned and run by a guy named Randy Lessner. Randy has helped me out so many times. I had a beautiful pool built by a competitor three years ago. Last year, I had the pool opened and closed by another competitor. When opened in the spring, the then three year old pool was empty and the liner was rotted; it was a disaster. The competitor came to me with a pro rated proposal to put in a new liner. I was beyond upset and frustrated. I contacted Randy and I was glad I did. Not only did Randy replace the pool liner to perfection, he actually charged me less than the competitor's pro-rated price! Now, I not only have a company that can build the pools, but they service them to a tee. I didn't see Randy Lessner on your list and he should be! with a AAA+ rating!!!
