If you like to be overcharged and to deal with people with zero personality, this is your guy. This guy absolutely hates his job. Tried making small talk with the guy, but he has no people skills whatsoever. He acted like I was annoying him.

He charged only $45 for his visit. With contractors these days, you are scared to see what they charge. He solved our problem very quickly and recommended we get with him in November to replace the equipment.

Joseph Bruno had been the plumber for a general contractor who was working for me, so I asked him to do additional work involving installing a new sink, vanity and toilet to replace existing ones (for aesthetic reasons; the existing ones were working perfectly). All of the necessary plumbing was in place and operable. I paid for and supplied the sink, vanity, and toilet. He stated that the job would take 3 1/2 to 4 hours and that the charge would be $500. I agreed to this based on the time allotment. However, he was in and out of my house in one hour and 20 minutes but still charged me $500! When I asked him for a prorated price, he refused, stating that he charges by the job. Since when do plumbers make $375 an hour? I told this to my general contractor (who is wonderful) and he agreed with me. I feel that I was ripped off and would never use him again!

He has no bedside manner. He is a slob. He doesn't take pride in his job. He cut my siding and he cemented it and it is all over the place. The work he did was okay. It is like going to a doctor who has no bedside manner and he had none at all. He was okay in the beginning and he didn't like being bothered with questions or anything. He was a little bit messy. He was really not my style. He cut my siding and he put big blobs of cement to cover it up. I had to have some body chisel out that cement and come and do my siding. He was just a bit of a slob otherwise he did the job. He is a little bit messy. If you want somebody that wouldn't talk and get annoyed when you ask a question then you should go to him. He gets very indignant too. I would never use him again. I had some plumbing problems but I have not called him. I know he has good ratings on Angie's List but I don't know who gave him that. For the most part he did an okay job but for the piece outside and the fact that if you have a question he is not too receptive. He talks to the point and you feel uncomfortable asking him a question. He gets curt right away and gets an attitude right away. He is not personable and he has no personality. His price was pretty good. He did a pretty good job and I think his quality was good except for the fact that he broke my siding. He is professional but he is not personable. He knows what he is doing but he keeps it to himself. He has to work irrespective of whether he hates his job. It feels like he is doing it because he has been doing it for such a long time and not because he likes it. That is what is reflected from him.

We spent about $50 on that work. We continued using him because he has been very honest, very reliable and always on time.
