Repaired washing machine. Repairman ( Rodney) was friendly, kind and knowledgeable . Chantal l in the office was fantastic to keep me updated on the process.

I contacted Island Appliance since they were rated “A” on Angie’s list. They gave me an appointment one day between 2-5, the guy showed up at 7:30 pm. He checked my appliances, took the dryer apart... at the end he said he would get me an estimate for repairing the appliances and that the $100 I’m paying him that day would be deducted from the repair bill. He took the $ 100 service fee but never came back. I called him many times and left a message, he would never call me back.
Description of Work: I needed my Dryer and stove repaired.

Bill was very knowledgeable about my Samsung stove. I did my own research on the issue and it was wrong. Bill diagnosed the issue, disagreed with my internet research, had the correct part in the truck and my stove works again. I called Saturday morning and my stove is operational by dinner time. He is a Pro!!!

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY COURTEOUS IN THEIR MANNER. THEY ARE A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY, AND THEY ARE EFFICIENT IN THEIR WORK. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE USED THEM, AND I THOUGH THAT IT WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH THEM.
