A few months ago I needed some house cleaning done. Was looking for someone with affordable prices. I found out about Dipietro property maintenance and commercial cleaning. They did a great job! I was very happy with the work done. They did a great job cleaning my tile and grout. Did a nice job cleaning and polishing my marble counter tops. Will definitely use Dipietro cleaning services again and I recommend for anyone else looking for house cleaning.

Mike DiPietro and the young man who assisted him, whose name I neglected to get, unfortunately, did a superb job power washing the house for me. They also were kind enough to clean out the gutters, one being troublesome because of a blockage. The guys were more than efficient and punctual? Mike's the first person I've ever hired that showed up EARLY by an hour!!! The power washer never stopped running till the job was done. Mike's helper needs to be thanked and congratulated for his "hardworking qualities", As an aging, disabled Baby Boomer, it is greatly appreciated. Oh yes, Mike DiPietro cleans carpeting too and you can be sure I'll be bringing him back for that! CALL, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I had my whole exterior of my two story home power washed. He came and applied cleaner, let it sit for a while and then proceeded to wash the entire home. I have to say it came out great and I would certainly hire again.

When we saw it the next morning we were blown away. They did such an exceptional job. They were professional, punctual and friendly also. Michael was very responsive, getting back to us right away to set up an appointment.He called back to reschedule the appointment because a heavy rainstorm was expected on the scheduled day, a Monday.He came sooner ---on that Sunday. He is a pleasant man, professional and efficient.He was knowledgeable about the type of carpeting material.Would use again!

I liked that when I schedule an appointment he came when we had the appointment, he was on time everything was cleaned up after the service was done, I was happy with the service, everything was clean and put back he moved the furniture he was able to put everything back for me so it was all good. Good, good the answered all my questions and did what had to be done. They did excellent work.

They did a good job, he actually left he had like these portable fans, put the fans on the floor helps dry ha came back the next day, he picked up the fans everything was all good and clean and proper. Good. Beautiful it turned out good. Excellent, affordable prices actually gave just recently gave a friend of mine that company name and number because he was very affordable with is prices cause I did shop around for prices and he was the cheapest.

The workers showed up on time. They were professional and courteous. They cleaned up when they were done. I was satisfied with the work they did. If you need a lawn aeration, I would certainly use them. Patrick from Medford.

I bought a deal through Angies List to surprise my husband while he was away for 2 days and have the house power washed. Unfortunately Diietro Property Maintenance's truck broke down and they had to come the next day. He did show up on time but was having problems with the power washer and had to borrow some supplies. After he started packing up I noticed he didn't do the whole portion of the fence I had asked to have power washed. He put it all back together and finished the rest of the fence. All in all when he finished it looked great and I was satisfied. He did a great job.

Michael, the owner, came to my house at the exact time we agreed upon. There was communication via phone which he promptly responded to and tried to please me with the timing that I needed. He worked very hard and spent well over 2 hours working on my property cleaning it with extreme precision. No spot was left dirty or undone. The power washing was so good that my house and concrete look almost brand new. He was so professional and polite. Cleaned up and even arranged my outdoor furniture in a creative way. I have never been happier with an Angie's list provider. I recommend him with 5 stars, you will not be disappointed.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of work! The house and deck were power washed to perfection. We have no complaints!

This was a $159 big deal purchase. It was okay. The cost was good because it was one of those Angie's List special deals, but they took a long time. They came without hoses; they expected me to have the hose. Then they brought a hose and their equipment broke down twice. It could have happened to anybody, I suppose, but they were kind of not as professional as I had hoped. They did a decent job. The guy that actually did the work was very pleasant, nice and worked hard. Because they did do a little extra work in doing some fencing and part of the back deck I paid an additional $50. I had another company before them that I thought did a better job.

Mike was excellent and did a great job. Very professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend him to anyone and feel extremely confident giving my recommendation.
