Description of Work: Moved upright piano from main floor down one flight into basement. Great communication ,cleanliness. I would use again without question. Took no more then 30 minutes. Piano safe and sound even with a tight 90 degree turn at bottom of stairs.

+ -1 moreThis piano had been kept pretty well tuned over the years, but the action had deteriorated on several keys so they were very slow to return. After we moved it over 1,000 miles, it was really in need of help. Richard took the action out and reconditioned the problem areas so the piano now plays beautifully. The process was supposed to take a week, but ended up taking several because he suffered an injury. It was well worth the wait and we will use his service again when the piano needs tuning.
