Better Than New Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Workers were courteous on the phone and punctual on arrival. The estimate was timely and more than fair, and the work was done in a reasonably short amount of time. They had to take photos of my kitchen grout color (custom) to try and match it in color, and came back later the same day to finish the patch job. When the patch dried to a noticably more "pink" color than the rest of my grout after 24 hours, I called them back and they responded immediately, even using my tile invoice (all tile in our home was DIY) to go to the original retailer where we purchased the tile/grout to buy a tube of the EXACT color we used so they could re-patch my floor to match the rest of the room. In addition, when they were done with the job, they left us the rest of the grout tube at NO CHARGE! (I offered to buy it from them, they refused!) We were extremely pleased with the level of work done, clean and professional work, and a price far less than I expected to pay. Would recommend this firm to anyone local, they do excellent work at very fair prices, and their customer service is top notch!

The carpet cleaning expert-Chuck, showed up exactly on time, verified the work that was going to be done, we walked the house. I turned on my ceiling fans to allow things to dry quicker and I left the house to let Chuck perform his job. I could have stayed but did not want to get in the way. Came back later in the evening and house was dry, carpets looked great. Chuck provided a receipt that I signed b4 he left. Truly a professional and knowledgeable operation.

They came out and cleaned the carpet and after they left the house when they said they were done, I noticed that they did not move any of my furniture. They just cleaned around everything. It was too late for me to contact them that day, so on the following day I called and spoke to the Owner and asked why they didn't move anything. He stated that they only move furniture upon request. I asked them to come back out and they never showed for the 1st appointment, I had to go out of town and rescheduled for them to come back out when I got back. By than they said it was too late for them to redo the whole house, but would do only 1 room. They left after they finished. I do not recommend this company.

Andrew came in and cleaned the carpet of the house we just bought that had been sitting vacant for a few months. It was very dirty and by the time he was finished, the carpet was like brand new! He used their largest machine that goes deep into the carpet for an even better result. You could literally feel the difference when you walked on the carpet. I have used Better than new a few times before and would not use anyone else!! They are professional, nice, and their prices are very competitive and always have some coupons floating out there. By far the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used.

Have used them about 4 times and have been pleased with service and quality every time. Pricing is very competitive and quality is equal if not better.

OUR REP WAS JOE. WE FOUND JOE TO BE VERY COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE VARIOUS CLEANING SOLUTIONS HE WAS USING ON OUR CARPETS. JOE DID NOT ATTEMPT TO SELL US PRODUCTS WE DID NOT NEED. MANY OF THE LARGE, NATIONAL COMPANIES TRY TO UP-SELL THE CUSTOMER IMMEDIATELY, AND YOU ARE NEVER REALLY SURE WHAT THEY ARE CLEANING YOUR CARPETS WITH. JOE DID A GREAT JOB WITH OUR CARPETS, AND WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!

THEY RETURNED MY PHONE CALL RIGHT AWAY AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR SATURDAY. WHICH WAS ONLY 2 DAYS AWAY. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE AND CLEAN CUT. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR GOOD CARPET CLEANING SERVICE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS.

WE HEARD ABOUT THIS COMPANY FROM A NEIGHBOR, LIKED THE PRICES, AND DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A TRY. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS WENT WELL - FROM THE ORIGINAL CALL TO THE ACTUAL CLEANING. JOE WAS PERSONABLE AND DID A GREAT JOB. PLUS, PRICES WERE LOWER THAN COMPETITOR PRICES. WE USUALLY RENT THE DO-IT-YOURSELF CLEANER, BUT ONCE YOU RENT THE ATTACHMENTS AND GET THE CLEANING SOLUTION, IT IS ABOUT $60. FOR ABOUT TWICE THIS AMOUNT, I GOT OUT OF TRIPS TO THE STORE, AVOIDED THE HOURS OF LABOR, THE ENTIRE HOUSE WAS DONE (I USUALLY HIT ONLY THE HOTSPOTS), PLUS WE GOT THE STAIN-GUARD. I THINK IT WAS WELL WORTH THE MONEY.
