They did a great job. It went quick. They took down the trees, and cleaned up the remaining trees so they didn't have the "whiskers" coming out. I think the cost was $400 - several hundred lower than another quote I'd received.

After a small snafu with the original appt for the estimate, which was my fault, Robert arrived on time,reviewed what needed to be done and gave us a great price. We settled on a date to do the work right then. They arrived on time, Robert showed his crew what was needed, and they went to work. Within a half hour, they had removed two of the trees and cleaned up the debris. Three other trees took a bit more time, but they did a great job overall. They ground down all the stumps but one but it was too close to the fence. Three were some ruts in the yard due to the trucks and equipment, but that was to be expected and they tried to smooth some of them out. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have used Alliance Tree Service in the past and was satisfied with the work. Bob, the owner, responded to my phone message promptly and gave me a competitive estimate. The job was scheduled for 2 weeks later. He called the night before they came. He called again about 30 minutes before his arrival. Bob did not stay at the job site. His workers were professional and cleaned up when they were done.

Bob was great. He answered my call right away and provided me an estimate within 2 days and started the work the next day. I had two large trees and stumps removed and 3 small trees removed,also cleaned up my other trees. His crew did a great job and cleaned up after. I will recommend him and is the only tree service I will use.

Trees were removed and cleaned up within a few hours. Very happy with the price and the work.

Tree removal and service was Grade A. They had to return weeks later to grind stump. Owner said ground needed to be harder to get truck in my yard. When they showed up it was just the owner and son. He removed a section of fence and fit his truck through a very tight spot. I came out of my house and realized there were grooves from the truck tires indented through my yard. At this point they then grinded down the stump. When done they pushed in the wood chips and the ground was very soft over the hole. He told me to fill it with dirt in the spring. I guess I thought this was something they should do, Not in the spring of course but now. He then pulled out of the yard, my lawn was torn up and deep grooves from the truck tires were apparent. His son was his helper and he said he'd stomp it down with his boot. I then lent them a tamper from my shed to better do the work. The son worked vigorously and got it looking okay, but there was no removing the tire grooves. The owner said the ground should have been harder, and there was nothing he could do. I feel as a professional when he stepped on my lawn he should have realized it was to soft for his truck. I was also concerned about a sprinkler head I could no longer see along the fence line. But the owner said not to worry he didn't hit any, and if he did to call him back in the spring. In closing they were polite the whole time, and gave a good price. Grade A for first visit , and C for second visit to complete. *I am undecided on whether I would call them again. I checked Yes because I had to check a box. I don't feel they did anything intentionally wrong. I think they just used poor judgement that day and rushed to squeeze the job in. I guess it depends how bad the lawn looks in the spring.

Alliance showed up on time and removed tree it then cleaned up the area . All went as I had hoped .Was very pleased with the entire process

They were on time and extremely professional. I was also amazed at how beautiful the cleanup was. Having such a small area to work in, I could not believe how they skillfully lowered each limb by rope. No equipment could get close. It was all man power.

The company did a beautiful job. I had LIPA take down wire and Alliance Tree Service came on time and did the job so we only lost our electric for the day.

Their service was great. They were very cost effective and cleaned up well.

Showed up time, did exactly as promised, was very careful not to damage other foliage and plants. Cleaned up very well afterwards, was polite, professional and well worth the cost.

Alliance called within one day of my leaving a message. Came out to look at the stump and give me a price. Gave us a price of $200, which was great. Other companies wanted $500-$600. Alliance came the next day at the exact agreed upon time and took care of the stump. Will definitely recommend to friends and use them again.

They were excellent. They did everything very efficiently, very hard workers. They also cleaned up after themselves.

The owner came to the house and inspected the stump and gave a price of $100. He cautioned that a section of the fence might have to be removed to get his grinding machine in (No extra cost). I asked if he would be doing the work himself. He said "No", one of his workers would do the job. He just does the estimates. After a few days I called and said OK, please remove the stump. The worker arrived on time and did a good job without having to remove any of the fence. I would use them again.

Bob was on time with his crew and the job was very reasonably priced. The crew was courteous and got to work immediately. The job was done exactly as we wanted, they even dug up my hostas near a tree that was to be removed and then replanted them when they were done.

So punctual that I'd run out to get ice b4 they were supposed to be there, I got there minutes after they're arrival. I was so impressed that none of the 5 man crew...

Bob was excellent I would recommend his service highly, he takes great pride in his work and keeping his customers happy. He is responsive and timely, I don't recommend many companies but I won't hesitate to recommend alliance.

He came right away for an estimate when I called. He was one of 4 companies I called. His price was very reasonable. In short, Alliance Tree was great.

Alliance had great communication with us, removed everything, and grinded the stump. They even cleaned up with leaf blowers, which was nice.

The Alliance job estimator was very friendly and cordial. His quote was well below other tree services in the area who were asking $2500 to $3000 to do the same work. TLC tree service also matched the price but their scheduled date was too far out. The other services appeared to have raised their pricing knowing that insurance companies were paying for the storm damage. Obviously Alliance and TLC were the most honorable contractors. I had to work that day, but my wife was home and said that they were wonderful. No damage to anything on the house, deck, lawn or surroundings. They cut the 3 foot to 3.5 foot diameter tree into sections easily handled. They chipped and carted away all branches and leaves. They delivered the rest of the tree to our neighbor who wanted the firewood. Alliance cleaned up so well that except for a very few signs of saw dust,you would not have known that they were even there.

I was very pleased with the way they respected my property when they did this job. They made sure everything was cleaned up well when they finished and the price I was able to get from them was really good. I highly recommend them.
