Taylor Construction and General Contracting did a wonderful job on my new roof. The owner was personally involved throughout the project providing supervision to his team on the work being done. I was very impressed with the care he took in protecting my landscaping and structures from damage. I was also impressed by how he went out of his way to ensure the job site was clean and safe from nails and other debris. I highly recommend Taylor Construction and General Contracting.

Excellent. Mr. Taylor was on the job site throughout the work. Workers were polite and very professional. We were impressed with how long they worked each day. I was pleased with how the workers cleaned up my property at the conclusion of the job. This company does excellent work and is in high demand. Mr. Taylor came out when he learned my roof was leaking. He tarped my roof until he could return to complete the job. I would hire this company again.

They did an amazing job. Mr Taylor met us at camp to see what the damage was and to what extent. The job was more than met the eye, which he cautioned us about, but did an outstanding job making comprehensive and attractive repairs. Made everything look exactly as it had looked previously on the outside. Replaced window and updated interior paneling. Could not be more pleased with the work. Also, did some roof repair and replaced a floodlight.

I called the morning of 1/2/17, got voice mail, and left a message. Even though many people were observing Monday as the New Years Holiday, Bob Taylor got back to me within 2 hours. I was happy with his response time, but he apologized for not getting back to me faster, because he was at the dentist. Bob came right over to my house, checked out the situation, and gave me advice on a couple different things I could do right away that he thought would get rid of the ice/snow build up (popping a rain gutter holding the ice on, and using a heating tape). So we're going to try those steps first. Next Spring, I plan to call him back for an estimate on getting flashing on the roof as a further preventative measure. I was really impressed with how helpful Bob was, and he was obviously knowledgeable about roofs, spotting the problem with mine as soon as he saw it.

In one word, excellent. Bob and his crew did a great job at a fair price. Bob also gave us daily (sometimes more) updates on how the project was coming along. I highly recommend you contact Taylor Construction if you need any work done.

fantastic BOB was honest on time very reliable the best material and if its not broken don't touch it I can't express his honesty enough a friend referred me to him and I'm glad he did he cleans up everything spotless his workers are the same way his price for each job was less than I thought he tells you up front the cost one way and if he finds more like plywood is a big part he tells you that one also I would recommend Taylors construction to anyone with complete confidence he's a man of his word FROM ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER TONY BARONE

Received original estimate on 6-6-2014 along with fore others but due to sticker shock the job was put off until 2015. This bid was not the highest or lowest but vibe from Mr. Taylor made me go with my gut feeling and for the first time in years I was not disappointed after hiring a local contractor. The work was accomplished in a professional manner, the price was as originally quoted, I do not believe the whole process could have gone smoother.

Bob and his crew showed up when they said they would, stayed as long as required (14+ hours the first day), worked professionally and took time to answer any/all questions I had. Job was a little more extensive than originally thought due to condition of plywood sheathing and a few rafters, went from 2 day job to 5. Bob and crew checked/double checked each aspect of the job and spent hours scouring the yard for any debris/nails. Overall I am extremely satisfied with Taylor Construction and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The whole job was done in a professional manner. Did many things that was not expected of them. before leaving the job all workman made sure the job was completed RIGHT., also the cleanup was excellent., plants and windows was well covered when there was work being done.l If I need any roofing work to be done I will call Bob Taylor to have it done. Very well. Got right back to me and came a day later. Even explained that the damage I experienced was probably covered by Home Owners which I hadn't even thought of. Looking forward to working with him when the weather improves to prevent future problems.

If scheduling had permitted, Bob Taylor would have had my business as I felt very comfortable with him and appreciated his insight. He was honest with me.

Taylor Construction and General Contracting quoted a very competitive price and provided all the services professionally, keeping me informed of any additional work that needed to be done. They cleaned the entire site of any debris and completed the work in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend them for any roofing project

I had first contacted Mr. Taylor when my roof began leaking in April, 2014. I was able to contact him by phone right away and he also came out to my house right away to check out the situation. He (and his workers) put a tarp over the leaking section so no more damage would be done to the inside of my house. After determining that I needed to replace the entire roof, he gave me an estimate and said that the work would begin around the first week in May- or as soon as the 'rainy' season was past. I gave him a down payment of $4,000.00 and the work was started and finished by the second week of May. Two of my brothers who checked out the work in progress and upon completion- both said that Taylor Construction did an excellent job. All materials and 'debris' from the old roof were cleaned up and taken away. Mr. Taylor kept in contact with me during the work to let me know how it was going. I paid the balance and had a beautiful new roof, and shortly after, received a receipt for my payment and a warranty for the work that was done. My mother has since contacted Taylor construction about some work on her house/garage; and one of my brothers has said he may also call upon Taylor Construction to take care of some work on his house. I am happy to recommend Taylor Construction. My experience with Mr. Taylor and his workers was a positive one.

Our roof was leaking and needed immediate attention and they arrived quickly and started the job within days, which was great as it had been raining profusely. Job was finished in three days and they did an excellent job with a thorough cleanup. The crew was very personable and worked quickly and efficiently.

The entire job (We have a two-story, four bedroom colonial with a two-car garage and an attached sunroom) was completed in about three days. About a year later we had a very small problem with a wasp's nest in one corner, and he came out to make adjustments at no cost. Mr. Taylor oversaw all of the work himself. We were very pleased with the work and have recommended him to other people. He was not able to do a job for a friend of ours who called him so he recommended other companies to do the job for her.

Very professional, from the owner to the workers. went above and beyond with the quality and kept me informed of what was going on. Excellent job cleaning up. Not the cheapest estimate, but well worth the extra money for the job done. I would highly recommend Taylor Construction for any roofing project.

I would like to state that the owner of the company, Bob Taylor was here the very next day. He was professional and cordial. He spent a good amount of time asking questions as well allowing us to ask questions. He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable regarding the project. He was very straight forward in telling us that unfortunately his current work load would not allow him to take on more projects. He pointed out that he felt it wouldn't be fair to us because he knew he wouldn't be able to do his very best in the scheduling of our job. We were very impressed with Bob and will certainly keep his company in mind for the future.

Bob Taylor (Taylor Construction) was so professional and personable right from the get-go. He was generous (and extremely prompt) with his time and expertise concerning a work estimate (no high pressure sales just confident and professional; and they finished under budget), job completion time (sooner than expected), materials needed. He offered up "referral properties" from previous jobs. He met with us (several times) at our home to explain the entire process, bring samples, and to preview the job site. The work was delayed a while due to a rather long stretch of rainy weather in our area. Bob continued to keep in touch to assure us he "hadn't forgotten" about us and the job. When the weather began clearing and a job date had been set he kept us posted every step of the way. Advised us just when the dumpster would be delivered, cleared with us where on our property the dumpster would be placed, and also asked our approval for set up and placement of his work trailer and additional work equipment. He told us that he and his crew (who were awesome .. more about them in a moment) would arrive around 9 a.m. each day to begin work. Each day they arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule! He was here each day to oversee work of his crew (which didn't need supervising; they worked well as a team; all knew their job/responsibilities; a number of his crew each had worked with/for Taylor Construction for over ten years; they worked with professionalism and with respect for Mr. Taylor and worked conscientiously about their job and our home). Each time something "out of the ordinary" or unexpected cropped up (the flashing around the chimney, banding it to the roof, removing some of the siding, replacing some sheets of plywood, replacing the bathroom vent-fan) Bob's crew discussed the issue with him then he in turn explained the issue with us, offered us his factual overview/opinion and left the decision up to us as to how we wanted him to proceed. He and his crew were "spot on" with every issue. We appreciated their/his candor and expertise. Clean up was so immaculately accomplished you'd never know they had been here were it not for our beautiful new roof! The job was completed a day ahead of schedule on a Friday. The following Monday Bob returned to see if we were pleased with the work and to assure us that if we weren't completely happy about the job done by his crew that he would work to make it right. Not necessary, Bob. The entire experience was stress-free. Bob and his crew made it so. We would indeed recommend highly Bob Taylor/Taylor Construction

Taylor provided a cost estimate quickly, and was willing to discuss add-ons and changes. Once he was told we wanted to proceed, he outlined his needs based on our having some of the materials and he providing some others. He and his crew showed up just as expected and completed the whole roof in very quick order. We're very happy with the work and would not hesitate to use him on future projects.

I first found Taylor Construction on Angie's list, which contained a link to their website. Based on the content of their website and the comments on Angie's List, I selected this company. The owner responded quickly to my request for an estimate, and the rest of the job was completed professionally and efficiently. The end result looks great! They even managed to match the color of older asphalt shingles on the house when flashing was installed. Overall, a very knowledgeable and professional organization.
