I had two plumbing leaks. They came to check out the issues right away. Then it went downhill. Two weeks later and still putting me off. Leaks got worse and called to complain. It was worse and they promised to come in by today and didn’t. I was pretty much told I was rude for calling three times (answer machine kept cutting me off) and they were no longer willing to do the job. He said he had called me twice and went to voice mail. That is just a lie as cell phones show phone calls. Never apologized for not showing up as he promised. Now two weeks later on a weekend I have to find another plumber as things get worse. Terrible treatment. If they didn’t want to take job they should have told me two weeks ago so I could call someone else. There will be more damage. I had a right to be angry!

Wonderful! It was a Sunday afternoon and I was hesitant to call but I had no choice. They quickly called me right back and were at my house within the hour. My system was unplugged in 30 mins and they even cleaned up the mess it had made in my basement. They were pleasent, and the price was more than reasonable! Hopefully I won't need them again anytime soon, but if I do, they'll definitely have my business again!
