+ -1 moreThey installed the roof in the fall and by the winter there was a leak in the roof. The previous owners had left the contract on the table when they moved for me to have. I heard a dripping sound coming from the back of the bedroom and went in there to find a large leak. It was all over the hardwood floors. I contacted Midstate to come fix the roof and he wanted nothing to do with me.
Description of Work: They installed a new roof on a home about 3 months prior to my purchasing it. The sellers used it as a selling point.
