+ -1 moreI am at square one with no working heater. I had to close the pool early last summer and need to find a new installer and purchase a new heater.
Description of Work: I purchased a new heater for my pool. He installed it and left before he checked to see that the correct connection was there for the electrical outlet. He had to return. He does not always punctual. The heater broke in two months! He was suppose to return to try and repair the heater. He never called and never appeared!! I am now without a heater that I need for my arthritis.

+ -1 moreHe came to check out the heater on the day I called. It wasn't a problem with the heater, but my water pressure. He fixed it and did not charge me for the added call.
Description of Work: He has installed a new heater for my pool. I had problem with getting it to turn on.
