Alex and his team are skilled professionals who go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. They are respectful, polite and courteous. Calls and texts are returned in a very timely manner. They treat your project as if they were working on their own home. These guys donâ t work for u, they work with you. Mahoneyâ s services is not a crew, they are a team. They put an ant colony to shame the way they work together. They replaced a pressure treated deck w/trex composite decking, also replaced small front entry deck w/ trex composite. They replaced 3 entry doors, 2 storm doors & 2 windows. Upgrade elec. service from 150 to 200 amps. Replaced 22 yr. Old vinyl siding w/new vinyl siding and replaced any sheathing in need of repaired. All sheathing was wrapped and zip taped. Mahoneyâ s use high quality materials & they pay attention to detail. They show up on time, work a full day & are respectful of your property. The decks they build are so solid seal team 6 could do morning calisthenics on them. These guys are a 5 star class act. This was by far the BEST experience Iâ ve EVER had in the 30 years Iâ ve owned my home. Mahoneyâ s services will definitely be back to upgrade/remodel our master bath & kitchen in the next year or two. Thank you Alex, Tim, Jim & Vin for all your hard work. The house looks beautiful. Yay! After 30+ years, we FINALLY found a contractor we can rely on. Alex and his team built us a wonderful deck that came out above and beyond what we hoped for. The quality of their work was absolutely top notch in every way, right down to the tiniest of details. Every step of the process was timely, professional, and friendly. We hired Mahoneyà  à ¢à  à  à  à  s Services for a bathroom remodel to bring our outdated 1990à  à ¢à  à  à  à  s bathroom into the current century. Weà  à ¢à  à  à  à  ve worked with them several times before and had them install a deck, a fence, and help with a kitchen refresh. Weà  à ¢à  à  à  à  ve always found them to be reliable and professional and knew that theyà  à ¢à  à  à  à  d be up to the task. We told Alex what look we were going for and he was prompt and fair with his estimate, and he took care of ordering everything that we would need. Once demolition started we found out that it would be a little tougher and more extensive than originally anticipated. Alexà  à ¢à  à  à  à  s crew, Tim & Vinny, worked hard to get everything out and stay on schedule. Nearly 100 years of old materials (including 3 layers of flooring) were gone in a couple of days. Within 2 1/2 weeks of starting, everything was installed and ready to go. They did everything themselves (demolition, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, paintingà  à ¢à  à  à  à ¦everything). Makes things much easier than dealing with several different people. These guys are professional, polite, and clean. They will let you know exactly when they plan on showing up and are true to their word. They worked through horrible weather and subzero temps and hauled away everything that was torn out as well as all packing materials. We canà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t say enough about their professionalism and work ethic, and look forward to working with them again.

Alex, Tim and Vinny are all hardworking professionals. They discussed all parts of the projects with us as they built an addition as well as a deck with railing and steps. They did excellent work with an eye for detail, clean and neat and removed all debris themselves. I would recommend this Company for all types of work, new and remodeling. We had Trex decking stairs built off an existing screen porch. Also large screen porch repair - new wood around windows, new screen, painted trim. Excellent workers, excellent quality work! I will be contacting Mahoney Services for any future needed work.

Alex Mahoney installed an upgraded electrical service and panel for us. He did an outstanding job. His work was very professional, very complete, very neat. and of high quality. He is a very pleasant and conscientious person with a desire to please the homeowner. He fit us into his schedule with a minimum of wait, which we greatly appreciated. He did a great job. Alex and his crew were all very professional. They removed an old 2 level porch/deck and upgraded it to a composite porch/deck. It looks amazing! They worked full days and got the job done really quickly while still paying attention to detail, and going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I called Mahoney Services when I was looking for a company to install a water heater install for my parents in Utica. Alex spoke with me and I could tell he knew what he was doing. That afternoon they went and did the install. Later my mom called raving about how nice they were and what a great job they did and that they were clean and polite and friendly. They texted me a photo of the completed install. EXCELLENT OPERATION!!!! Thank you Alex for taking great care of my parents situation.

Alex and his partner did an awesome job replacing the entire front porch and back steps! They put in full days work and got the job done in a week's time! They were so well organized, totally knowledgeable and excellent workmanship. A little expensive, but you get what you pay for and we have a beautiful new porch.. I would highly recommend them!

I would recommend anyone looking to get there porch or deck rebuilt , this is the company you want to hire. I was very pleased with there work and how quick they got the job done. I wish ALL company's were as good as this one.

He fit his schedule around my needs. Arrived on schedule and completed the work as planned in an excellent manner and in a reasonable amount of time. New door works fine. The cost of the garage door and installation was very reasonable.
