+ -1 moreHe was kind of hard to get a hold of, he did complete the job for us. He needed to get a special tool but he did get it and finish the job. I would highly recommend.

+ -1 moreI set up today to have some electical work done at my rental house. I received a call 20 minutes before he was supposed to show up for a 1 PM appointment. He told me that he had a cold and wouldn't be out today. He really should have called earlier in the day. I had driven in from Syracuse for this appointment. He told me he had called multiple times and the phone just rang. I have a cell phone only and it records all calls. The only calls that my phone received were at 20 minutes to 1PM and at 1 PM.No apology offered. Very unprofessional. I will not use this contractor in the future.

Description of Work: My bother called more than once to get service. It seems they are quite busy. Once they came, they determined the electricalproblems in my father's house and remedied the problem. Some outlets and light switches did not work on the second and third floors. It was determined that the cable from the meter to the panel was damaged and not providing full power. Oncethe cable and panel were replaced, full power was restored to all floors. The above was completed in one day, and I highly recommend their service.

+ -1 moreKen's work as always was fast, well done and as always he does the most for your money. He also has never tried to do any un-needed work. I have used Ken's company in the past for work and referred him out and am always please with his service.
Description of Work: Three floor heaters in my house stopped working, "bleeders" needed repair.
