Because the problem was intermittent and couldn't be tracked specifically, he had to try a couple of things and wait for my feedback. The faulty part was replaced and the washing machine is now working well. The charge was very resonable considering the cost of the part and the fact that he came three different days.
Description of Work: My washing machine had an intermittent spin problem.

+ -1 moreJohn's Service was excellent. Helped me to get the repair needed and save money. John replaced the oven door glass quickly so the oven would not be out of service for long. Very reasonable and professional.
Description of Work: Repair the broken glass in gas range door. John's Service was responsive, easy to work with, and did a professional job. Very please and would use again.
