GreenTech Sustainable Solutions

This was my second experience with this company - first was favorable (see review) Second - not so much - Wired control incorrectly and installed faulty part and then charged an additional service charge when he came (after several weeks of my complaining) to fix the problems. I feel the additional service charge was not warranted as he should have corrected his original work without an additional charge. My system is finally working well but it took 4 weeks.

I called numerous HVAC companies and all said that either they didn't handle Geothermal or were too busy to even try to resolve my problem. Then someone from Greentechj Solutions called me saying they were from Home Advisor and worked on GeoThermal systems. I made an appointment ( it took a week as this is a busy time for HVAC and I live 40 miles from their shop ) He came as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, made the proper repairs and charged a reasonable amount for a service call so far from his shop.

Nice guy, intelligent and just starting out but didn?t solve our problem and never called us back after we were more than willing to work around his schedule... sad

Jeremy was very professional and neat with all of his work. He did a great job, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if the need occurred!

Outstanding diagnostic and service performance. In my experience with a number of geothermal services over the past 20 years I would rate GreenTech as by far the best.
