Description of Work: Real Estate. I was buyer - they represented Seller The house I bought is nice. |What aggravates me no end is they discounted or did not disclose some major problems with the house. These include mold and a broken ridge beam. I hired an inspector recommended by her. The same items were discounted by him. I have fixed most of the problems but none of them were cheap fixes. The house was purchases in August 1999.
