Roof was installed over the course of one week (rain delays). While the new roof was being added, water damage had occurred over the master bedroom. When called they came out and covered that particular section of the roof with a tarp. Upon return to finish work, foreman's response to water damage was that the house was old and that a ceiling repair would have to be done regardless of the origin of the damage. Moving forward, some damage was done to the dormer and their repairs were makeshift at best. A second contractor came on site to fix these damages at an additional cost to us. In addition, there are some sections of roof that are still exposed which allow for snow, rain, etc. to leak into the attic. Also, roofing nails were exposed and visible from ground surface along the trim of the roof which was aesthetically unpleasing. Several calls were made to address these issues and, to current date, nothing has been done. What should have been a simple roof repair has become an unsettling situation, especially given the financial investment made on our part. I would recommend not using this company for your roofing needs.
