 + -1 moreBill the owner called back promptly. He explained exactly what he would do and how much it would cost. We arranged a date for the service. He arrived on time, did the job and cleaned up afterward. He was very respectful and professional. I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend his company.

 + -1 moreWe are selling our house and the inspector said we had termites by our garage door. We called Pand M late afternoon and the owner called back by evening and came out the next day for an inspection. He came a few days later to drill and spray and the whole process took about an hour and a half. He said it would also kill the ants in our brick sidewalk and against the house. I have a little poodle and the dog could go out in the yard about an hour after they left. It was easy, fast and a pleasure doing business with such an honest company. They were recommended by both our real estate agent and lawyer. A warranty was given that was transferable o the owner for a year and renewable thereafter.
