While shine bright was working for a contractor on my house I asked if they could also replace some shutoff valves. Instead of replacing two of them they eliminated them altogether and put in a section of pipe instead. Ok whats done is done, but then the connections started to leak. I called several times and left msgs, went to their web site and left email, got no replies. One of the contractors also called on my behalf several times and got no replies. Three weeks later paid another plumber $250 to fix the leaky pipes.

We recently moved back to Long Island from the city into an older home and have been doing some plumbing upgrades over the past year. We found Chris and he has been absolutely awesome to work with. He's incredibly punctual and responsive and the work is the absolute best quality. He did a great job installing water lines to an outdoor shower location as well as installed a slop sync with sump pump in our basement. The pricing was very fair and the work was done efficiently. Recently we upgraded our Gas Dryer. I stupidly paid for installation of the gas line by Home Depot and they sent techs who did not do the job well at all and left me with a gas leak. I was able to text Chris about the problem and within an hour he was here to fix the shotty work of the installers. I should have just utilized him to begin with. Chris is now our go to plumber for anything water or gas in our home. I've seen through social media that he is also taking on some really impressive projects an is forward thinking around new types of plumbing technologies. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing working in the Nassau/Suffolk areas.

Chris is doing great work , he is quick , accurate , keeps his job area nice and clean. The way he introduced him self and company name in first text on my quote request was great , it gave me confidence to work with him, perfect customer care skills in him . Very clear quote explanation, and he is so helpful he knows what needs to be done for the job , he asked for material if needs to be picked up , it was big help as well. Overall it felt like he works for solutions , focused on customers best needs by offering helps before my request for help and explanation. Very good communication with good planning on his informed visit schedules . It was great working with him , easy and smooth process.

Extremely well. Chris came and gave me an estimate. We set a day for him to do the repairs. He arrived on time, his price was within his estimate. He also replaced another shower head in a second bathroom. I would absolutely hire him again.

Chris was prompt, courteous and professional. We initially hired him to replace our kitchen faucet and while he was here I asked him to look at a small leak under our bathroom sink. Chris took a look and repaired that leak while he was at our home. Chris was extremely clean with his work and took precautions not to soil surrounding areas in home.
