All went well from consultation to installation of our backyard landscaping. They actually did a lovely job. The problem with this company is that if you have an issue after the job is done, they will not call you back. There is no office staff, only an answering machine. I had a few plants that didn't make it through the winter and needed them replaced. (plants are guaranteed for 1 year). The company is literally 3 blocks from my house and it would have been so simple to just respond to my call, take care of the problem and be done with it. Over the course of 3 months I made at least 6 calls, never answered, walked by his shop frequently to see if I could find him there, actually did speak to him whereupon he told me it was a busy season and will get to me eventually, (it still took another 2 months). It wasn't until I left a message that I was going to pull out the dead plants (which looked so lovely for months in my garden) - and he probably realized then he'd have nothing to return to get money back for replacements - that they came, never rang my bell, just entered the backyard, took care of it and left. Very unprofessional, no apology or explanation.

They spent a whole day here. They did everything that I needed them to do. They carried machinery up from my basement to my garage. The boss came the next day and checked up on their work.
