+ -1 moreWe were scheduled for a specific timeframe and he showed up within the time specified and did an excellent job with all of the above items. I have been with Family Fuel since I moved into this location over twenty years ago and have found them to be extremely responsive and professional at all times. All of the services provided are included in the cost of the oil and the only time I paid an additional charge was when Robert replaced our burner with an high efficiency burner. He has replaced a clogged oil line in the basement and whenever we called with a problem he responded as quickly as possible and had the necessary repairs done at no additional charge.
Description of Work: Routine service of oil boiler including replacement of oil filter at fuel tank, inspection of tank, inspection of chimney flue at base, replacement of burner nozzle, oiling of all circulation pumps and testing of system.

Description of Work: Ordered heating oil online. Quick and easy. They came, filled the tank according to my calculations and left with everything clean. I was home and didn't even realize they had come until I saw the tank was full! Had a great experience with them and would definitely use them again in the future.
