I hired Allstar because of a family affiliation and couldn’t regret it more. First, I asked for less of an incline from the shallow to deep end then to bring the deep end up because it was too deep. They sent a guy out to measure twice and although I signed off on the plan, they never discussed the current depth so instead of a more shallow deep end I got the opposite. They had to go deeper because the liner had already been ordered. Now the incline is worse. Not only did that happen but they never measured the steps in relation to the skimmers so when the pools is full, the water is above the skimmers. Also, the pavers that had to be added/ replaced are uneven and tip backwards and to the side. Terrible. I also had a leak when the pool was opened. Not sure if this was thier fault at all but Chris told me at 7:00 am the morning I discovered the leak that he would be there in a half hour or so to look at it and shut the motor off so it wouldn’t burn out. I was on my way to work. He NEVER showed up to do this and never told me until I called him at 6pm to see what time he came by and what he found. They did fix the leak promptly and demanded payment immediately which is understandable. However, I was out and running errands and didn’t have the card I wanted to use on me and received no less than 15 harassing text messages on a Saturday afternoon regarding payment from the office manager. Chris also told me at the beginning of the job to communicate with him only because he was doing this job on the side and didn’t want the company to know. It turns out he is the owner. Lastly, if you do need to call the office be ready for a lot of condescension. This entire experience was a nightmare and my pool will never be the same.
