I asked for an estimate via email. I got a return mail in minutes and a call from Joe within an hour. He explained that I was too far from his home base to take me on right now. Then he did something that was truly amazing. Joe took the time to discuss my project. In the minutes that we spoke I got some valuable advice on the best solutions. Then he gave me what he considered fair prices for the work so that I would have some benchmark to judge other estimates. That's something! How often do you run into someone willing to help you out when it dosen't put a dime in their pocket? AND if he is willing to quote some ballpark prices he has to be pretty confident that you'll agree with him when you get other quotes. I did get other quotes. Joe was damned near the mark. Based on the short conversation that we had, my only wish is that I could have hired J S V Electric to do the work. With a guy like Joe at the wheel I'm sure it would be a good experience. Thank you, Joe.

It's not his fault. It's just that the timer is bad. He was good.

I got quotes from several electricians. Joe was neither the lowest nor the highest, but he seemed the most knowledgeable about the work to be done and realistic about the time and materials involved. Joe and his guys showed up right on time and quickly got to work. They originally estimated three days for the work, but ended up finishing in about a day and a half. Their work was excellent and they were very pleasant to be around. I'd highly recommend Joe and his team and plan to use them for any future electrical work I need.

They were very professional. I had no problems. I couldn't do that because it was on the top of the staircase and I needed an eighteen foot ladder which I did not own. They came when they said they would and charged me what they said they would charge. There were no surprises. Their price was reasonable.
