BOB MAGOO ELECTRICAL CONTR

t sureDuring a windy rain storm in late January 2012 (I think it was the 5th, but not sure), half of our house lost power. We discovered there was a wire hanging in front of our house, so we called our electric company. Workers from the electric company arrived and determined that the wires were old and corroded, and we also needed a new standpipe. They told us to call an electrician, so we looked in the phone book and called electrician Bob Magoo. Meanwhile, the men from the electric company put temporary wires through the kitchen window and into the meter (which is inside the house -- in the kitchen). Bob Magoo shows up, looks around, and only talks about installing a new meter outside the house. He said he will call us with an estimate. The following week, we called him two or three times, and he kept saying, "Don't worry about it! I'll call you! Don't worry about it!" He'd never called us. That was a wasted week. We ended up hiring another electrician. By the way, here it is a month later, and Mr. Magoo never called us.

BOB MAGOO HAS A GREAT COMPANY GOING. THEY ARE VERY WELL ORGANIZED AND GET THE JOB DONE FAST AND ACCURATE. WE HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY.
