TL;DR: Junior, the owner of A/Plus, is awesome. I highly recommend his asbestos testing and abatement services. The Long Version: I needed asbestos testing done in my home, so I went through HomeAdvisor to find a contractor. Junior was one of several abatement contractors who reached out to me within a few hours of my inquiry. Based on our conversation, I knew right away that Junior was the guy for the job. He asked a number of pointed questions about what I found, where it was in the house, and the approximate dimensions of the area to be abated. He then explained the asbestos testing process, including a timeline for testing and removal, and gave me a ballpark figure for what removal would cost in the event that the test came back positive. Before we got off the phone, Junior gave me an approximate appointment time and said that if he couldn't get someone to come to me that day, he'd show up himself. Sure enough, Junior came through. Before taking a sample, he did a visual examination of the area and gave me the information (including a pamphlet) on the lab where the sample would be sent. He then filled out the lab's testing form and had me review it for accuracy before he left. I got the test results back the next day. The time from my initial inquiry on this site to getting the results was less that 48 hours. As Junior had predicted, the results were negative. Had I needed abatement in addition to testing, I'm sure I would have also been satisfied with A/Plus. The quote that Junior gave me during our initial conversation was very reasonable. All of my interactions with him were pleasant, and he helped put some ease into what was a pretty stressful process as a homeowner.

Junior and his team did an excellent job removing the 300+ feet of asbestos pipe wrap in our basement. His price was very fair and the care his team showed at every step of the process was exemplary. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for quality professional abatement.

My Experience with Junior was Excellent. He was very Professional, Courteous, Kind and Understanding. I would Highly Recommend him. The Job was done the following day. Denzel removed the Asbestos. It took about an hour but the Process was done Precise and Accurately. Denzel was Professional and Courteous as well. I would say if you need any problems corrected from your House. This is the Company you use! I would & will highly recommend them. They are in my phone now.

Junior and his team are phenomenal. Very punctual and on time. He was the only person that actually came in to inspect the area for a quote. He walked me around and informed me of the issue and spotted areas I did not even catch. We were able to get the area taken care of that week. They did a thorough job on the project and I could not be more relieved. Would recommend to anyone!

Great work and service

Not even a question that this company is great. They came for an estimate on a weekend, started work promptly the very next morning (also weekend) and conducted all work exactly as promised. Also, price was reasonable compared to other vendors who seem to overcharge (no offense to those co. out there) Everything was left whistle clean as well. 100% I recommend this company.

I called during the evening for work needed ASAP for a business, they came the next day early morning. Really professional , honest and completely no hassle. Great business. Will definitely call them for any future inquiries.

Quoted on Saturday afternoon and they came on Sunday morning to do the work. They removed all the asbestos coverings on the pipes in the basement. They cleaned and painted everything and took all the debris away, I highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with quality work. Osaro Junior was very responsive, friendly, professional, and efficient. He was very reasonably priced, and explained each aspect of the work.

Junior Osaro promptly answered my call for an asbestos removal expert and stopped by that afternoon to see what needed to be done in my basement. He explained what the job would entail, offered a very reasonable price, and was available to do the work immediately (this was the day before Christmas Eve). He and his assistant arrived early in the morning and finished the job by early afternoon. I inspected the work and paid the price we had agreed on. Later, I noticed a small area in the enclosed bathroom that had been missed, called Junior about it, and he and his assistant came back that very evening and took care of it for me.

After reviewing numerous asbestos abatement work proposals, I selected A/ Plus Environmental based on the price, online reputation and from a positive feeling I got from in-person meeting with Mr. Osaro. This company provides excellent service at very competitive price. The work started on time and went longer than was estimated at no extra cost. The crew were polite and professional. Mr. Asaro supervised the process and stayed till the very end, until the result for air monitoring came in from the lab. I would recommend this company for asbestos remediation.
