Description of Work: Home listed x3 years. No planning, modifications, advise regarding listing exposure, pricing, etc. provided despite repeated requests for evaluation in view of no action. Agent was more than nice in interpersonal manner, but behind the scenes the lack of appropriate work became increasingly troubling and evident.
