I had a terrible experience with Zoom Heating and Cooling. Their service was extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend them to anyone. The technician seemed unqualified. They misdiagnosed the problem with my HVAC system, leading to unnecessary repairs that cost me a fortune. I had to get another company to diagnose and fix the problem. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend
