From start to finish, my experience was excellent! I just bought a car (2010 Honda Accord) and wanted to protect it against rust. I did some research first, both here and on other review sites too. I called Ziebart to get pricing and understand exactly what I would be getting. They were friendly and informative on the phone. Kelly worked with me to set an appointment that worked best with MY schedule; I even received a reminder call the day before my appointment. I was greeted warmly, pleasantly, by Christine and offered a cup of coffee (at 8:30, coffee was appreciated). Then Laron and I looked at my car (very cold and blustery morning). Laron talked with me and recommended an engine cleaning. He is easy going, smiley, has nice manners – he is persuasive in his explanation. I was very grateful for the shuttle ride home and back. My car looked good- engine and whole car cleaned and protected (undercoated) from rust. I did not know, but Ziebart offers many different services like interior car cleaning ... I thought they just did undercoating. Obviously I can only recommend them on the services that I received, but I am thrilled with what I got, engine cleaning, undercoating, and a car wash with a product called Renuashine. I don’t have to wax my car for a year! I will be going back again.

In the past I have had bad experience there. They pressure you into buying more than what you need. Tim Cone the sales manager took me into his office and listened to my concerns. He even offered to take me home. He really went out of his way to correct the past issues. Lirin and Christina who work there as well also are very well customer services oriented. It was a pleasure doing business there and I look forward to going back there. I'm not afraid to go back there now at all.

They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to others.

I have a warranty here for seal coating, and when I go up there, they try to get me to buy things. I did not have a good experience. Had they just done their job, it would have been alright. The high pressure sales is nonsense. I had a problem with how the car took all day to finish. I will never go back again.

They were pushing product on me and telling me about some painting that if I don't take care of now it will need to be done in the future at a higher price. They started at one price and began to raise that price. It was a very questionable practice. I wasn't explained what was going on very well and they confuse you to try to get you to purchase things you don't need. They use pressure tactics to get what they want. I was very upset and frustrated with this service.
