Excellent work and they worked quickly and efficiently

They were great people. We're very happy. They were neat and clean and they did a good job.

They did a really good job and the work itself is just perfect. The foreman on site was very accomodating and professional. We were completely pleased with the outcome, our home looks so nice. There was a small incident as one of the workers was a little careless but the foreman didn't hesitate to correct the issue right away. For that I would give the workers a B grade but the foreman was a perfect A. I would recommend them to others.

The window in itself seems very nice. Not quite as sturdy as I would have expected in regards to the operating mechanism. The installers left exposed ply wood edge showing instead of covering it with molding. As the installers pulled in the truck was too tall for my trees and they hit a lower branch. I stopped them from pulling in further. No real damage. The installers left and when they returned they pulled in past where I had stopped them before and went under the limb they hit before. Upon leaving they ripped the sizable limb from the tree which I had to cut up and drag out of my driveway. I called the Wonder Windows salesman who sold me the window and was assured that the window molding would be fixed and wasn't sure why they would leave the ply wood edge exposed. Wonder Windows then contacted me, I'm pretty sure it was the owner, who tried to tell me that there was a design change in the window that the installers were unaware of and that is why the edge was left exposed. There was no design change. The design was the exact same as the sample that the salesman showed me to begin with. Basically I was given a line of crap.. The owner then said they would be in contact the following week to address the molding. That was a week ago. I haven't heard from them and have bought the necessary molding and supplies to fix it myself.

As of the quote, or estimate and time, they were very, very good, but for the actual work, I do not know yet. In addition, their demeanor was great!

They provide cost & prices comparison between several styles, as well as delivery dates. It was delivered on time and contractor installed the window with no complications . Everything went as planned.

It was great, a good experience. They were very efficient and they left everything clean, all I had to do was to move the furniture. The labor was the most expensive part because the windows were so close up to the eaves of the house. I checked with other competitors and they were still the best price. I did have to wait for 6 months for the installation but I was warned of that up front so it was not a surprise.

Very satisfied in all aspects of project. Was not the lowest estimate but overall was best value, quickest install and best product for $$.

They gave me a rough quote of about $7000. He was thorough and gave me several options, he showed me different products that they had available and demonstrated them. He came when they said he would.

First saleman who visited our home didn't seem to know the products very well and was a bit unclear about the scope of work and what we wanted done, but the prices he quoted were so much better than the other estimate we received. We called the company to clarify some things and they were very apologetic and suggested we meet with the sales manager who could answer all of our questions and make sure that we understood the products, warranties and services they provide. They were very patient and spent quite a bit of time with us. OVerall, this part of the experience was very positive. If you want vinyl windows this company would be a good choice. We are still considering whether to put wood or vinyl windows in.

A father and son team of Bill and Bill were our installers. They were friendly,neat and very professional and did a great job in all phases. The job took 5 days of hard work. Bill and Bill made sure everything was to our liking.The weather was cold ,not ideal working conditions but Bill and Bill were very professional throughout the job. I would definitely hire them again.

Company was a pleasure to work with and my wife and I felt no pressure from their salesperson during the process. Windows manufactured here in the US (NC) and were better rated and a better price than the rest of the competitors we looked at. Installation took 2 days and both gentleman were very professional throughout the process. Overall highly recommended.

We are in the waiting phase now (windows are being manufactured). The first estimate was quick and easy. It was a no-pressure sales approach, which we like. The sales rep came in with product in hand, looked at our house, gave us his opinion of what would work best, and provided a cost-benefit analysis for us. He took no offense when we said we wanted time to think about it, and didn't pester us excessively after the initial sales visit. After mulling around for about a month, we decided to go with Wonder Windows and the sales rep was out at our house the next day. Then a representative came out 3 days after to take final measurements.

He came out multiple times. He even checked out the electric for me as there was a problem with it at the time. We loved our experience with him but only did not have him perform the work due to the fact that there was a problem with the financing and could complete in the desired timeframe.

The person who came out did a wonderful job. He dressed professionally. He was polite.

Wonder windows looks like an outstanding product but they are not willing to put in their products unless you spend an "X" amount of money, if you are not in their local area. The receptionist on the phone was very helpful but the tech who called about coming out told me that I needed to have more than 5 windows I wanted to be replaced or it wasn't worth his time and effort to come about. I live about an hour out of Rochester, NY and they are located in Rochester. I was extremely disappointed because I wasn't just having one window but 5... but he told me I needed to have more than that to make it worth his while. I believe they need to explain that in their criteria on how much a customer should pay if outside their local area.

My wife and I were impressed when the owner, Mark, came and gave us the estimate for new windows and a front door. He even offered a suggestion about replacing a window & door, with a sliding glass door, which opened up the area to give a better view of the surrounding scenery. Mark was friendly, prompt, professional and enthusiastic about assisting us in this project. The cost of the windows/sliding glass door, (triple pane Okna) and front door was excellent compared to similar ones of the same quality. I had done extensive research into the quality of vinyl replacement windows and Wonder Windows had them at a price that was significantly below what I expected to pay. Blaze completed the measurements and was also friendly, prompt and professional. When it came time for installation, Bill Sr. & Bill Jr. were superbly skilled at completing the job. They worked hard and quickly, but had excellent attention to detail doing a few extras that they did not have to do. I was very impressed with them and their knowledge of construction as a wall had to be cut out, so that the sliding glass door could be fitted, which worked out beautifully. Overall, it was a pleasure to be involved with a company and individuals who were honest, reliable and professional, especially in an era where this is not always the case.

It was an excellent price, and his work was meticulous. His own appearance was also meticulous. He’s very presentable. He also does handyman work. He looked at the problem I had, he solved it, and he fixed it for me for very little money. I will be calling him again to get some more windows put in. His first name is Tim, and his mailer is included in an envelope I get that has a bunch of ads. I like the window itself they it is an excellent replacement for the cracked solar windows I had before. I still have to replace two more.

They were very punctual. They did a great job. They went above and beyond what they had to do. I will use them again if needed.

Their price was reasonable. They were knowledgable.

Wonder Windows visited a double house that I own and provided an estimate for replacing all of the existing windows with vinyl windows. About 2 months later I went down to their office, signed a contract for the work and put down a deposit of $1,650. Their representative signed the document and copies were made. Shortly thereafter the check was cashed. About a week later the estimator called to say that they couldn't do the work for that price and that they needed $900 more to do the work (a 27% increase over the total price of $3,300.) because the work would have to be done in a lead safe manner. Although Wonder claimed the lead regulations from the EPA changed between the estimate and the signing of the contract, because the property is rental property the changes they alluded to didn't apply. The work was always required to be done in a lead safe manner. Apparently they made a mistake in estimating the job and were trying to get me to pay for it. In a phone conversation with the owner, Mark Lazeroff, and the estimator Mr. Lazeroff refused to do the work for the price quoted, and even suggested that he could sell me the windows and then I could find someone else to install them. He never offered, nor did it apparently occur to him, to honor the price he quoted. He noted that the fine print of the contract allowed him to get out of the contract. I wasn't left with the impression that this is a company for which the customer comes first. Since then I've done business with Comfort Windows whom I have found to be very professional and whose price was only slightly more than that quoted by Wonder after the $900 increase.

Work went well on the first day once the second worker arrived. The first worker tore the old door out and there was a wait for the second worker. The door went in well and was properly caulked and insulated. Latest of worker caused the inside trim work and outside aluminum flashing to be delayed several days. Workers showed up and all went well. Good quality door and a very professional installation. Cost much lower than any of the major players in the area.

Mark and Blaise came out to my house and measured the windows. They were punctual and polite. They not only measured the windows but had some great ideas regarding the different window styles available to get the look I was going for. They exceeded my expectations!
