Wonder Windows

It went very well - Wonder Windows is very professional, knowledgeable, and has great pricing. I had the window sizes and knew what I wanted, and after shopping around, Wonder was able to provide the best price for the best quality windows. Took the order, and was called when they came in - picked them up, and they fit just as expected.

How'd it go? From start to finish it was an outstanding experience! The salesman Eric was professional and knowledgeable. He knows the product he's selling. The fellow who measured, lead installer Charlie, was friendly, and helpful in suggesting window mullion size and number. The installers Paul and Scott were considerate friendly guys to have in my home. Communication was excellent with everyone. The price was $2000 less than a local competitor for basically the same product. And whereas Eric knew the specifics on condensation ratings, etc., the competitor's salesman was sorely deficient, misinformed to a serious degree. I do my homework and am am informed consumer, so I know the specifics when I shop. It was extremely clear that Wonder Windows is superior in the Rochester window replacement marketplace. I'm very happy with my new windows!

price was below other estimate. The workers were friendly, very neat and efficient.

I was real pleased dealing with Wonder Windows. I had several estimates and by far they had the best price. (One was 100% more) I had Okna windows installed which is a great window with plenty of excellent reviews. The sales person was low pressure while others pressured for you to sign right then and there. The installer did a great job and removed all debris when finished. The windows are great and super easy to clean. Really glad we choice Wonder Windows.

I was very impressed with the presentation, the warranty and the price. The customer service was fine. They were fantastic on the phone. The guy came out here and did the sales. He was good. The gentleman who showed up did a great job. I looked at several providers. For everything they offered, they were the cheapest. The windows are doing great and the door is fine. I would definitely use them again.

The whole thing was pretty much a great experience for this first-time homeowner. There was no hard sell, and that's a big reason why I picked Wonder Windows (plus the good reviews and word of mouth). They gave me a fair quote for the windows and door installation. I was particularly happy with the work done on the door; I was replacing a broken down old storm door with a steel entry door, so he had to do some reframing/retrofitting. The door looks perfect--like it came with the house. Plus, he installed the doorknob and deadbolt, which I had purchased separately. And I can tell the difference in temperature with the new windows in--no more drafts. They were also installed extremely well. My one little quibble would be that I didn't realize the sealant on one of the windows hadn't set yet and went to wipe it down. In doing so, I messed it up a little so it doesn't look perfectly smooth anymore. In the future, you might want to remind people to let everything dry before touching. Fair price + quality work = repeat business for this customer!

Love the door and the work. He did a great job installing it, and was very professional. Customer service was not so great. Was told the door would be in around 4-6 weeks. It took 8 weeks. I had to call twice to follow up when it would be in. it would have been nice if they kept me in the loop. On a good note, when they did call to tell me the door came in, they were able to come out and install in exactly one week later, so I didn't have to wait long. I was told by wonder windows that the installer would be there between 8-9am. He did not show up until 10:30am. If he is going to be late, I have no problem with this, but no one called to tell me. I had to call twice to find out when he would show up. That is why I rated the customer service low. a few phone calls on their part and I would have given them an "A"

We had 13 old single pane windows replaced with new Okna double panes. The guy who did the estimate was polite and did not do a hard sell which was nice. After we signed the contract another guy had to come out to measure again (this was a little annoying since the windows were individually measured during the initial estimate). One guy did the installation in about 1 and a half days work. One of the windows was accidentally made the wrong size so they had to reorder and about 6 weeks later that one was replaced. They cleaned up well after the job but the caulking was not particularly neat. Some of it is lumpy and some got on the vinyl parts of the windows. I've yet to sand it down and repaint the window trim but will need to do this on all the windows. Overall despite the messy caulking we are satisfied. Good price and the windows look good. Can't wait until winter to see how our heating bills will be.

At noon that day we had an estimate. Unfortunately the mechanisms were 5 times the costs Chase had thought they would be. This was very disappointing for us, so we inquired about other distributors that might offer the same product, but a generic version. Chase said he agreed it was a good thought and would research it and get back to us in a few days. By the following Monday, 6/23 we had not heard anything. So I sent another email inquiring. Here we are on 7/15 and I never heard anything. We're back at square one and need to find someone else to call. I will say we were super pleased with the customer service and professionalism of our experience and are wildly disappointed to not have heard back at all. Wonder Windows really dropped the ball. If there were no generics we would have spent the money to do the more expensive repairs- but now they've lost our business.

Great service. Great installation crew. Installation went above and beyond expectations. Windows are quality and very nice. Only complaint is they asked for additional payment from quote for extra work to trim windows. I agreed to pay 600 additional due to the great work they performed on installation....

The work was done very well. The man who came to install was very professional and courteous. The windows were installed quickly and all messes were cleaned up. My only complaint was the communication. I called in, I paid my deposit and then waited 2 weeks for it to clear and to hear back about when my windows would be installed. In the end I needed to call them and find out if they had processed anything and when they were planning to come out and do the windows. The woman I talked to was not very courteous and I felt that I was a bother more than anything.

They are fantastic! You can buy the windows yourself and install. If you want them to install, they will come by and do a free estimate. Eric does most (if not all) of these and is professional, prompt and friendly. There are options to keep things more affordable. I do the bare essentials and it's about $225 a window with installation. They usually book 6-8 weeks out for installation. Just keep this in mind!

The installation went very well and was completed within 1/2 day. Whole process from initial sales call to measuring for replacement windows to installation of replacement windows was very professional.

I also had a new fiberglass front door installed along with a triple pane Okna sliding glass door. After shopping for comparable brand windows with other companies, I found the price from Wonder Windows was significantly better on triple pane windows than the prices of double pane windows from their competitors. | |From Mark the owner, to Bill Sr & Bill Jr the installers, everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Everyone went out of their way to help in anyway they could & even went beyond what they should have. The entire job went smoothly, quickly and efficiently and not only do the windows & doors look good, but they perform superbly.

It was very good. They were very prompt.

They arrived on time, were very professional and courteous, and installed all 19 windows over a 2 day period. Two individuals did the installation. They removed the old windows and aluminum storms and completely cleaned up and hauled all the old windows away. We are very satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to use them again. We can notice a huge difference in the performance of these windows.

The salesman who came out was so rude. I seemed to be an inconvenience for just one window. The price was equal to 2 competitors. WWs was recommended and if he hadn't been so rude I would have 4 more windows to replace this year.

After much research, I decided on Okna Replacement Windows which were offered by Wonder Windows. The windows arrived in about 4 weeks and were installed 2 weeks later. The installers were on time and very professional and friendly. They protected my floors and carpets. The install took about 4 hours and they cleaned up every speck of debris. The windows not only look great, but provide a noticeable difference in warmth retention and street noise reduction. You cannot beat Mark's prices and I am 100% satisfied. Yesterday I paid deposit to replace all the remaining windows in my home. The workmanship was top notch and the windows are very well designed and look very nice too. You owe it to yourself to give Wonder Windows an opportunity to earn your business. I am glad I did. Big Thanks to Bill and Bill !!

Nothing particularly stood out about them. We got quotes, they all came in around the same price but we went with them because what they were offering matched our existing windows a little bit better. They ordered the wrong window and we had to wait a little bit longer so their owner called us and ended up just sending the right one for us and it was a rush job from that point forward. It wasn’t a big deal to us but the wait was however, they took ownership and fixed the problem. Once they did the install, it was pretty smooth and a quick process.

They showed up on time and did a great job! I would recommend them to others.

The best we had was from them, they had the most reasonable quote of all of them. They had the best price.

The rep that showed up to take measurements did a great job. Windows were delivered a few weeks later and I had picked them up. I had never done any window replacements before and got all 11 installed in a weekend. I would have had them installed but we had issues with Lead Abatement and that would have added $1000 onto the cost.

They were highly recommended so I opted to go with them. They cleaned up any mess that they made.
